What do you like best about the product?
The speed of the platform and the amazing customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We few product limitations but they are willing to look into ways they can find workarounds and potentially build into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending quickly and of high volume. We have a lot of potential to unlock more personalization and we feel Iterable is the right tool for this need.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
For our Google Cloud Platform integration we've had to use a webhook rather than a plug and play integration - that was done by a proficient analyst (not IT/ development resource) in in my team and is now fine but would have been easier with a plug and play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementaton of multichannel experiences to drive retention, acqusition and upsell

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that sets Iterable apart is the efficiency of their Support. I always get responses and follow-ups shortly after submitting any support ticket or question, and the guidance from their team is helpful and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable does not allow me to download eventing at an individual user level, which is very difficult to do manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable automates marketing workflows in an easy-to-understand way. It also allows for seamless integration between marketing communications and data insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is very flexible when it comes to hadling data. Having the ability to reference local Catalogs, data feeds, and event data helps come up with solutions for logistic problems not thought of form the start of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many options are only possible via the API that should be made available directly from the front-end. In my case, usually options related to exporting/editing Catalog items in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adaptable custom email templating has been an issue with other platforms that I have used. A combination of Catalogs, Snippets, and the ability to send truly unmolested, custom HTML has solved issues that other systems could not handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty limitless flexibility and customization. Great looking campaigns right out of the box. And the implementation/support is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a steep learning curve around segmentation triggering automations for the average marketer. And the lack of field mapping on uploads is tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to remove the hard-coded comms from our app to create flexibility & examine the impact of our messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a complete platform to automate your email campaigns, and you can easily create complex workflows. It has useful handlebars and features to segment and personalize the content for your email list. It has a great analytics report in which you can see a detailed breakdown of your campaign performance. Our customer success manager has guided us in navigating the platform and making the most of Iterable's features and updates. Additionally, our email deliverability consultant's meetings have helped us understand how to optimize our process to ensure every email lands in the right inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more triggering options to start and exit a workflow and have more drag-and-drop features to build and design the email layout on Iterable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalize our email content according to users' interests and behavior
Increase our engagement and conversion rate by sending them the right email at the right time
Avoid spammy practices by segmenting and refining our lists

Great email marketing platform

What do you like best about the product?
- The email workflow editor (journey, as Iterable calls it) is quite robust and one of Iterable’s most user-friendly and intuitive features.


- The optimization feature for email campaigns is an amazing feature (Send Time Optimization, Quiet Hours, Send Rate Limit) and has proven to improve our engagement rate, as well as reduce our unsubscribe rates.


- Analytics are great and you can really go granular and in-depth; however, if you want a quick overview of a group of campaigns' performance, the Messaging Insights features could have a better user experience.


- Iterable also has a wide variety of features such as catalogs, data feeds, etc, which are quite useful if you’re working with big sets of data (i.e. ecommerce products) and want to personalize user experiences.


- The support is great. If your plan type includes live chat support, it is quite effective and the customer support people are very friendly, effective, and well-trained.


- Iterable is constantly testing and adding new features so the user experience is as good as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The segmentation feature is great, although adding and setting a date property can be very confusing at the beginning, unlike other email marketing tools in which you can easily choose “in the last 30 days”, for example.

- The Experiment (AB testing) feature for email is also a bit confusing at the beginning and requires more effort/clicks than necessary.

- Overall, it's not the most user-friendly platform in the market and the adoption process may take a while, but it’s definitely a very effective one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable has helped us achieve our email marketing goals, as well as reduce our churn rates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is flexible for our business. We are able to make it unique to our customers. I love the brand affinity segmentations we are able to utilize AI to support our needs and gain real insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much I dislike about Iterable. Overally it is a great ESP. I would love to be part of more beta in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is solving all our customer journey needs. We are able to utilize Iterable and be able to keep all of our lifecycle marketing tools in one platform making it very seemless.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has a top notch customer support system, they truly feel like an extension of our internal team. They go above and beyond to make sure our problems are solved and that our needs and wishes are met. We feel like our opinions can truly make an impact on the roadmap of the product. They help finesse our customer journeys and even give us new ideas and ways to optimize, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's truly not much to dislike. If there's anything I've been unhappy with while using the product, it's all been addressed or will be addressed in upcoming feature requests or Iterable's product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Itereable helps us segment our diverse audience and personalize campaigns based on a wide range of data sets, allowing us to customize individual user journeys throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is an esssential tool for our marketing team. I like that it offers great documentation for those who want to learn more about the product and find ways to customize it based on their company's needs. It is user-friendly and very easy to use. The support team at Iterable is the best I have ever seen. You can always reach out to them when you need help or have questions. The great thing about Iterable is that they constantly improve the platform and offer new features. Iterable is truly the most intuitive email CRM tool which makes it a geat platform to use on a daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find Iterable to be a bit laggy. Sometimes the software doesn't seem to respond to action. I always have to refresh the page in order for me to see the changes I've made (this usually happens when I'm working with the catalog and need to make small updates here and there).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is solving our need for personalized emails with the help of the Catalog. It enables us to send highly targeted emails and promote our services.
