User Friendly Marketing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable is very user friendly and if you are confused about anything at all they have a ton of resources to explain it. They also offer workshops!
What do you dislike about the product?
i just wish the "send now" button wasnt directly beside the "schedule" button as it makes me nervous ill hit the wrong one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it sends out mass email campaigns to our database using dynamic lists
Customizable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The program is extremely easy to use and very customizable for whatever your email marketing dreams are. I use the system almost daily and have very few complaints. The customer support team is helpful, and the program is easy to intergrate into your business and implementating high quality email campaigns is all extremly easy with iterable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable list creating system can be very glitchy sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have been updating the analytics and tracking on email performance and it's been great to see how they've adjusted the heatmap.
Iterable helps keep our ever-changing marketing goals organized and optimized.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the granularity with which Iterable's segmentation tool has been created. It's a huge help to be able to create a variety of dynamic audiences within seconds, and then apply them to ongoing campaigns without needing to manually update details every day. It makes deploying campaigns much easier to execute, and allows us to work more quickly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools in Iterable leave much to be desired. There isn't an easy way to understand daily engagement within an ongoing campaign, nor is there any kind of 'scroll depth' tool to measure our users' engagement beyond the click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us keep multiple brand databases organized and allows us to set-up a variety of automated marketing campaigns to make sure that we're always reaching out customers, regardless of what demographic or target audience they might fall into.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, great support via Live Chat

No folder management for lists, there has been increased levels of journey downtime recently

We're able to easily contact the right customers, at the right time, using the right channel. Simplicity is key.
Incredible Iterable
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has been a great product to use for our marketing efforts. It's simple to navigate and provides an array of features fit for targeted email marketing whether daily, weekly or monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, there are a few discrepencies but my team appreciates that customer support is always responsive and eager to resolve any issues such as an API integration or email marketing send data points.

Brand Affinity. Segmentation.
A fantastic balance of usability and utility
What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to see many different people be trained to use Iterable using their provided training moduals and I am impressed at how easily new users gain proficiency with the system. That being said, there is enough depth to be able to handle our automation and communication needs completly without the need of external systems. I use Iterable every day and am impressed with how versatile and easy it has been to impliment across our organization. We have many systems that we needed to tie into iterable and their support team has been very helpfull ensuring that it has been done in a timly mannor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the scope of the product it takes a while for specific requested features to be implimented. They are constantly developing new features but many of them are not usefull to my organization and how we use the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide a foundation for all of our communications. We are a large organization and being able to integrate Iterable into our old systems has been invaluable. As we consolidate and remove older systems Iterable has been able to accomidate and step into a greater role in our organization.

I like the interface, and the reporting cabablities.

There's no in-depth reporting on segmentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few bugs for SMS marketing. However, they are working to fix those issues.
Great ESP; helpful CS team
What do you like best about the product?
My main job duties are in excecution: of email and SMS. In both regards, Iterable works great. The powerful segmentation features make it easy to send message and pull various reporting.
I'm in Iterable every day, and Iterable is miles better than the previous ESP we were using.

What do you dislike about the product?
I still would like the photo/content manager tool to be able to handle editing image/folder names or moving around of images into folders, as it's now starting to get out of hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable is our DTC engine - it's how we let our customers know what cool things were up to and about various offers available to them.

It can send emails. It can send broadcast campaigns. It's fairly straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are pretty basic. If you want to get more out of reporting or analytics, Iterable on its own is not the right solution for you - instead you will need a third-party analytics tool like Looker, or a CDP like Segment to get your email marketing data out of Iterable and into a platform that can combine all your user data points into a format where you can more easily get insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us send emails to our users to engage them and get them to upgrade from free to paid plans. Iterable also sends broadcast emails to our audience to announce our newest features, events, and content.
Iterable is for advance crm marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Innovative staying ahead of the curve in the tech space. One of the best workflow building and segmentation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Often little functionality issues are solved by their team.
