A powerful marketing automation platform with a robust API, live chat support, and a slick UI.
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable has made building complex journeys a breeze. With a modern UI and intutive tiles one can build out and test journeys in minutes. It has a fantastic API with great documentation and live chat support. It offers a myriad of options for allowing contacts to enter a program and continually adds features to enhance the experince of your contacts. It integrates well with many 3rd party vendors and Iterable representatives are always eager to check in with their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That platform does lack a robust CDN for image hosting that some other platforms have figured out but overall you can add images to campaigns and reuse the source urls in other campaigns if you need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an agency and the grate part of Iterable is that you can have different "projects" represent different clients and also use them to represent lower environments (prod vs. sandbox). It makes the organization of contacts and testing very intuitive and it is very easy to switch back and forth between projects as needed.
Great for journey build and email campaign sends
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build templates, campaigns and journeys. The ability to add a conversion event (that is not just a purchase) within a specific campaign element (i.e. an email or SMS) within a journey has been a gamechange for our monitoring and analytics this year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the simpler functionalities of database management that other ESPs have, such as being able to change a user's email address can not be done simply within iterable, but have to be done through API calls on the backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using iterable to for lead nurting, customer development, post-purchase, loyalty and retention.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's tool is powerful and easy to use. Training new associated on Iterable is q relatively quick process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service can sometimes be delayed as our account manager is in the UK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick email deployment, population segmentation, measurement of campaign efficacy.

CSM have been on very high level same with regular CS.
Documentations are robust and can help get quickly in depth info about iterable functions

What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting functions are lacking and not on the level of the rest of the platform - you can get the data out of iterabel via API and move it to your DWH where you can do all the data analysis needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling to run complex automations and ofload developer work and allow for marketing specialists to easly oversee their campaigns integrating all direct marketing chanells into one platform
Great Tool & Great Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about Iterable is the support team. They are always there and help you with agility. Special thanks to Haitham, Adyran, Tahmid and all other agents who made my job and life easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Building content catalogues could have been more user friendly. For example, it won't read anything from the sheets except just the text. Could have been a lot better if we could copy paste, play around with texts easily. (Bold, bulletpoints, spaces etc.)
About pricing, I think end of the year, being a bit flexible about agreed contract limitations (yearly email sent, users etc.) wouldn't hurt a healthy long term business relationship... It feels a bit unfair that pricing would go dramatically up if we exceed our limits just 5% for example.

Great solution for all CRM requirements
What do you like best about the product?
Best feature is the ease with which email/SMS campaigns can be created and the amount of detailing and segmentation that is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool does get a little technical to use if you do not have prior experience with technical aspects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was as an app marketer and I need to work towards strategizing and creating CRM campaigns. Iterable is making it very easy for me to launch these campaigns.

Iterable's provided value would grow a lot if they worked on the analysis part of the campaigns and journeys.
Setting up campaigns in 12 different languages requires a lot of manual work. Customizing how you work with locales and uploading strings for other languages would help.

I am working on improving the retention of our product. Integrating Iterable with our backend helps me send the user the right message at the right time.
Helpful, Simple, and Supportive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the straightforward and intuitive nature of Iterable. The academy and the support chat helps me figure out anything that is more complicated. Plus, my work with the customer success team has helped me fine tune our strategy and improve our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many downsides to Iterable, honestly. It's a great platform!

Iterable helps us create and send our marketing campaigns and also organize our consumer database.
Amazing support services and ever-evolving features development
What do you like best about the product?
Support can help almost 90% of the porblems, it is always quick and solutions are provided clearly. Most of the time problems are solved within a matter of 30min with investigation, otherwise, follow-up also never go over 24 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a bit complicated for pure marketeer to use, will need to have engineering team's help if a marketing team want to hop on this platform.

Channel optimization helps a lot for us to gain the intelligence on where to send a piece of information to our audience and keep the relevance
Also allowing in-app push, push notification and email in the same spot really helps with executing an omnichannel strategy.
