What do you like best about the product?
I like that Iterable allows us to use one platform for reaching our customers through email. The initial setup was easy. Also, I have used it for the last 2 years, and it serves a company with 3,000 people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure, I’d like better insights at a campaign level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Iterable for marketing email deployments, increasing engagement and retention. It allows us one platform for reaching our customers through email.

What do you like best about the product?
Email Campaign is pretty good, and SmartIngest is good too. Overall, they both work well for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is confusing, and I think it could have been simpler and more straightforward to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable has been solving campaign marketing pretty effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Iterable's easy-to-use interface, which has dramatically reduced training and onboarding for new employees. The amazing customer support through their premier program is another big plus. I like their innovative and AI-led mindset, which is forward looking and shows their commitment to product improvements. The platform also enables our marketing team to work more efficiently and independently, saving us time on platform issues and allowing us to perform rapid A/B testing at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more visibility into SMS spam complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable enables our marketing team to work more efficiently and independently, and it reduces training and onboarding time for new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the proactive approach that the Iterable team takes to solve customer issues, which is great for us since we're in the healthcare field and have different needs than traditional B2C tactics. Iterable allows us to pivot effectively. I value the Journey Assist feature, which helps me focus more on strategy rather than the creation of communication points. The initial setup was fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Iterable could improve by customizing the user profile and being able to utilize that data more effectively.

Iterable helps with automation, personalization, and data organization, enabling effective communication with our B2C customers. I appreciate their proactive approach and the ability to focus on strategy rather than creation.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Iterable incredibly intuitive and easy to learn, which makes using the platform a breeze. I really appreciate the top-notch customer service that comes with it. What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Iterable is to use, but also how powerful it is. I can build anything I wish with the tools provided. I find all the tools very easy to use, from initial setup to any situation that the marketing team may throw at us. I also enjoy how Iterable continues to build on their suite of products incorporating AI, especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always future updates that I look forward to. Specifically in managing data and fields and how we can best incorporate that into our campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable keeps all my communications and their metrics in one place, allowing me to iterate and set up experimentations quickly and efficiently.

Great Dashboards and Event History for Email Performance

What do you like best about the product?
So far I like the event history, brand affinity, it’s nice to have the dashboards for clicks and opens and send skips made for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that for some of our heavy and advanced use cases with some of our emails that require a lot of data in the payload to render can get complicated especially when it comes to template version control, there is no rollback feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable handling sends to push devices is nice and also sending out emails is good, we are still getting the hand of it

Streamlined Journey Creation, But Needs Simpler Batch Campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Iterable is constantly updating their features, and I appreciate that we have premium support. Every time we run into issues, they are very quick to get us the response I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I saw there should be an easier way just to send out a batch campaign, like, a one time, where you don't actually need to create a journey to do that. Right now, we do need to, you know, create a journey, do a lot of filtering. But a lot of other ESPs I use, you can just, you know, create a campaign and define the target audience, define the time, and that's it. You don't need to actually go through all the journey creations to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create journey flows and perform cross-channel communications easily. Iterable simplifies testing, streamlining campaign management within minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Iterable makes it super easy to stand up email and SMS campaigns without needing to rely on our production or engineering teams. Its ease of use is a major plus for me. We have a fantastic customer success partner at Iterable, Tracy, who truly understands our business and product, and partners with us in an extraordinary way. This level of partnership is both unusual and amazing. Journey creation is a standout feature for me. Moreover, switching to Iterable from Responsys and our homegrown platform was a great decision as Iterable is way ahead in terms of stability, reliability, and flexibility. It allows us to set up tests, change journeys, or update email copies on the fly, which we couldn't do with our previous systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been tough to land on the right tech support partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable makes it easy to create and modify email/SMS campaigns without tech team dependency. It's reliable and flexible, unlike our previous platforms, allowing us to set up tests and updates swiftly.
