Great opportunity to learn about the platform
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant, keeping up with the industry trends and tools are critical. This event gave a great overview on how to utilize Itarable in marketing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular that I dislike about the iterable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing legacy system with a modern platform
I use Iterable daily to build and send email campaigns, and overall, it gets the job done well!
What do you like best about the product?
Campaign setup is smooth and very easy to manage. I really enjoy the drag and drop editor, the saved rows is one of my favorite features. Oh and I can’t forget the Iterable support chat that has been tremendous help throughout my first year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the reporting — especially how insights are tied more to events than the actually campaign performance. It’s makes it harder than it should be to quickly see email performance on its own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple and effective way to get important emails to our customers.
Still learning the platform, but impressive!

It’s a much more modern platform compared to what our company used previously with user friendly features and fantastic learning courses and documentation.

Still exploring a few limitations and quirks but team has provided solutions.

Iterable has the most complete feature set for multi-channel lifecycle marketing.

Iterable is missing a couple key features for reporting and measurement that currently requires other tools to help augment certain reporting views.

Iterable is able to unify our direct marketing channel initiatives and helps the team build personalized campaigns at scale.
Easy to use platform with a lot of opportunity for customizations

AI solutions for send time optimization and channel optimization to improve engagement

There aren't many critiques at this point! I think the new dashboard will be extremely helpful to have a go to spot for a summary of everything

Reaching the right customers at the right time using the right channel with relevant content

Innovation and enhancements done with user experience in mind. Made by marketers, for marketers!
What do you dislike about the product?
The arrows connecting the journey points together make it look messy, would like to be able to attach them to any part of the tile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving from SFMC, we went from having a highly technical and clunky product that requires high specialization and training to operate effectively. It's very difficult to manage and Iterable's drag and drop feature makes it so user friendly just about anyone could pick it up! Plus the UI is fantastic.

Easy to understand. Support chat always so prompt and helpful .

Support articles could be out of date or difficult to search for certain topics.

What do you like best about the product?
Your support team on chat is unmatched! I have worked with sales force for over 8 years, Eloqua for 6 and a variety of others for a few years each. None have anything close to how knowledgeable your team is. I can’t express enough how bad the support was with salesforce even with paying for their top tear support, millions a year waisted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was PDF hosting, in the image hosting tool.
Please please add some type of folder structure to snippets. It’s hard to organize and even search for snippets to go now. They are just all thrown in together and unless you. Have all the names memorized it can be time consuming to find.
