Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, as an admin the entire process from set up, implementation and administration is very simple and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better training, not that the process is hard, but some people might benefit from having that extra resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Printer logic has finally given us centralized control of our printers. We have various networks that do not communicate with each other but PL let us fix that.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times PrinterLogic feels unresponsive and clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PL allows us to control all of our printers centrally.

What do you like best about the product?
At Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, we are really enjoying the Mobile Printing from the PrinterLogic application. The ability to print from your device is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
At Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, we appreciate the assistance provided by our vendor representative. However, it seems that PrinterLogic/Vasion does not share our values. Over the past two years, we have had three or four different vendor representatives, and our inquiries have been ignored on multiple occasions. Our reps seem to struggle with understanding our unique licensing scenario, which results in them ceasing to respond or follow up. Despite our efforts to keep our communication with them non-technical, as there is already a customer support line for that function, we have not received satisfactory responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Print Nightmare was an issue that rocked all companies, thankfully with PrinterLogic's SaaS instance, allowing us to avoid print servers altogether. The web interface allows all IT Staff the ability to access the Admin Portal with customized limited access. There are so many benefits to PrinterLogic I could spend all day talking about it.

What do you like best about the product?
Users can print no matter if they're in a self-hosted environment or in a cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure. The software can also run as a Virtual Appliance in existing datacenters behind corporate firewalls for added security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the software have a "Windows XP" look and feel, but that's mostly on the back-end. Also, drivers must be manually selected and added which can be time-consuming. The mobile app is nice, but could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to transition from traditional Windows print-servers to a more flexible solution that also encompasses cloud desktops and mobile printing. It also maintains admin oversight of printing.

What do you like best about the product?
Users can install their own drivers without needing admin rights or IT assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefered the old name (PrinterLogic) because I'm lazy and had to update my documentation lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're decommissioning our physical print servers and PrinterLogic actually spools jobs faster than our old server.

Everything seems to be working fine and have no found anything that i dont like.

It makes managing printing devices easy.

PrinterLogic does a great job managing the printers in the office. It makes our IT lives so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the application glitches and says that you do not have their extension installed, even if you do. It only works in Chrome, not even Chromium browsers.

It just plain works!

No more print servers and it is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish they would go back to some of the Print Management options they had in the past so that it would be a true viable replacement for enterprise PM solutions like PaperCut

Elimination of print servers and secure print release.
Takes the headache out of print server management!
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic is super user friendly. Everything you need is right there, just fill in the info, download the agent and you're off! Really has taken what was a MAJOR headache for our org and make it something simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a little basic, especially for those used to managing a full blown print server and having to configure everything. However, it is not laking in features at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As said in one of the other bullets, PrinterLogic has taken the headache of having to deploy and manage print servers and thrown it out the window! It is so easy to use.
PrinterLogic is a simple solution to bring simplicity to printing.
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic is extremely user friendly with fantastic support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only things I dislike about PrinterLogic is you cannot set a version in the admin console and have all clients use that version. When a new version is pushed out machines will pull that one making the fleet versions mismatched. We don't typically allow automatic upgrades so that would be a nice option to have from the admin console. The reporting also doesn't purge data so there's a lot to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic gives us the bird's eye view of our snmp traffic so we can have control of our printing needs. The admin console is also very user friendly making the printers and drivers easy to manage.
