A "must have" for any company of size that struggles with print servers
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to deploy printers and drivers without the need for a print server.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish floormaps would support Visio format layouts. Other than that, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it allows us to centralize printer and driver deployment without having to depend on traditional print servers.
PrinterLogic Review
What do you like best about the product?
The main takeaway from PrinterLogic is its ease of use when it comes to deploying new printers and updating current ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not seen any negative atributes when it comes to PrinterLogic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying new printers and updating IP addresses of existing ones.
Allows IT to seamlessly allow users to add printers as needed.
What do you like best about the product?
Users do not need admin privleges to add printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If, when, we lose Interenet or Printer Logic goes offline, printing comes to a halt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can easily add/remove pritners as needed.
Robust Cloud Based Print Management
What do you like best about the product?
Vasion Print offers us some secure print functionality in partnership with our copiers we have installed. This process works throughout the organization pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support responses are very slow. They often do not seem to understand the issues we present to them. It is lacking and needs improvement quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall functionality and the ability to manage printers from a centralized location make PrinterLogic a valuable tool for organizations looking to modernize their printing infrastructure. It is also benefiting us by keeping printing secured through PIN entry on the copiers when the prints need to take place.
Effective and Easy Solution for Cloud Printing
What do you like best about the product?
The implimentation was smooth. The functionality is fantasic. My end users really love the product. It is easy to manage and deploy new printer and drivers company wide with ease. They also have a great support team to answer any questions you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I dont have any pain points or frustrations with the program yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We took our company to the cloud this past year and with a serverless enviroment we were left with the delimma of find a new home for our network printers. Then we found Printerlogic. It was a fast and easy solution that didnt feel like bandaiding the problem. It works great and allows easy management of the network printers as an admin or end user. It also imporved our printer speed believe it or not.
Make printing easier
What do you like best about the product?
1) Be able to add printers from different locations. This allows you to travel to your different sites without worries that you will not be able to print.
2) Be able to change the Printer driver in the background and when user devices check in with printer logic, it can grab a new printer profile.
3) Cloud base software, so it eliminates you needing a dedicated server to host the printer.
4) Makes it easier for users to add and remove printers, without needing IT personnel to help.

What do you dislike about the product?
1) After pushing PrinterLogic through policy, you will still need to do the setup process of going to the website and turning on the extension. Then type in the setup code.
2) So even though the software is pushed through Policy, IT personnel will need to help assist the user to set it up the first time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remove the need to have a dedicated server just for the printers.
Extremely Easy, PrinterLogic Makes it Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic's deployment at our company went off without a hitch. When we flipped the switch, we had absolutely no issues deploying the client and extension to our computers and the installation of printers is very intuitive for end users. Before, I had to pull up my print server when a user needed a printer mapped to their computer. Now, I show them PrinterLogic and they say "Wow, I could have done that myself!"
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some weird CyberArk interaction where CyberArk was blocking the installation of a printer using PrinterLogic, but thatwas an issue on CyberArk's side that they were able to fix with a support team meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users needed to know the name of our print server and manually type it in to file explorer on their laptop to install a new printer on their laptop before PrinterLogic. After we deployed PrinterLogic, it's extremely easy when users travel to a different office to install the on-site printer.
Printer Logic - Easy rollout and Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the product was easy to configure and rollout to users. It replaced their currently mapped print server printers and made the transition seamless for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not good in my opinion. We setup alerts for low toner and jams and within the first 2 nights we had 1500 alerts some for reporting the issue and some for the resolution. Not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The removal of Print Servers and the overhead of maintaining them.
PrinterLogic works great in our environment!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user friendly! We love the server-less remote printer management!!

No cons whatsoever! No cons whatsoever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic has made our job on the back end of IT so much easier as it allows for our front end users to set up and manage printers on their own.

Its very easy to use for our users in adding printers and makes our lives so much easer.
What do you dislike about the product?
finding the right driver can be a pain since I think the verision that is needed is on the older side. I have been stuck between a rock and a hard place between the manufacterer and printer logic trying to get my printer to work properly.
