A great waiting room solution for our on-sales

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service and support: the team are very responsible with regards to questions about optimium set-up during our planning stages. This has been especially helpful as we've recently transitioned from one e-commerce website to another, and needed to run multiple stages of testing.

Robust product: The CrowdHandler product has behaved exactly as anticipated during our big on-sales. AutoTune is a great feature, that helps to further optimise ingress rate based on site performance.

Handling traffic spikes and high customer website demand used to be a headache, but CrowdHandler has helped to create certainty and minimise any downtime during these crucial periods.
What do you dislike about the product?
HTML experience is required to fully customise the look of our waiting room. Otherwise, nothing else!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, CrowdHandler has become an important part of our website infrastructure around ticketing on-sales, which often generate spikes in traffic and demand. This has made these crucial periods easier to plan for, and allows us to focus our attention elsewhere when an on-sale is actually happening! This is offered at a fair price, with flexibility to upgrade to another product tier on a monthly basis if required.

Excellent Experience of using Crowdhandler

What do you like best about the product?
We love being able to set up individual Waiting Rooms with countdowns for all on sales, and then the random allocation into the queue, preventing people from sitting on a page waiting for an event to go on sale. A huge benefit of protecting individual on sales is that if customers are not booking for an event just on sale they can book as normal and not be impacted by other events going on sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with Crowdhandler. Only comment would be to improve the historical reporting at present once you remove an old WR you lose the stats (but can be downloaded before you delete)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily Crowdhandler is protecting our ticketing system by limiting the number of people hitting it; without Crowdhandler, the ticketing system (due to capacity limits within the system) would often fail during busy on sales.
It is allowing customers to wait in a 'holding room' prior to the on sale rather than sitting on event pages waiting for events to go on sale (causing a chaotic rush as soon as it goes on sale).
It is solving a long running issue of all users to the site being effected by an on sale - being able to protect individual performances means that other customers can book as normal.

What do you like best about the product?
We only have 1 day a year that we need such a tool and CrowdHandler offers good monthly packages so we can decide per year which suits best. Easy to use and straight forward plug-in for WordPress allowed us to have CrowdHandler up and running in less than an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if some of the functionalities will become available as addons for the cheaper plans, we don't need the number of users in the queue of the bigger packages but the priority access option would be nice to buy as an addon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very big visitors spike at a specific time on 1 day a year, with CrowdHandler we can easily manager this spike which is also improving the experience of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The system handled our traffic spike perfectly during our annual, preventing it from crashing as it normally does. This was the first sale in 5+ years that did not crash our site, all thanks to CrowdHandler. We had a few questions during the installation and setup process, and tickets submitted to Crowdhandler were dealt with extremely quickly. After our sale, their tech team even reached out to check in on things, and to make sure the sale ran smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I thought the price was pretty high, considering I only really needed to use it for about 2 hours total. However, after pricing it against other competitors, I found them to be one of the most affordable options!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High traffic spikes on our site during our annual sale - we used crowdhandler to prevent our site from crashing during the initial surge of traffic

What do you like best about the product?
the price was lightyears more affordable than most competitors

a little complicated to understand but nothing stopping, support was great

What do you like best about the product?
Firstly - I dont write reviews - but I felt compelled as this service saved us a fortune . We setup a website to handle a match between Care Homes and Volunteers to get gifts for residents of the homes . Our web hosting company wanted to charge me €150 for one day to increase Server resources to handle the incoming traffic we might get during some Media coverage spikes. I work in Enterprise Operations for a multi national , so was familar with IT and what we needed to do . Id used Queue systems for booking in the past but wasnt sure how to implement one. We have a WordPress site and found that CrowdHandler had a plugin - job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasnt clear to me initially that I needed to switch on my "room" to handle incoming visitors - If i read the manual might have spotted it :) Not a lot to dislike..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned , we have spikes each year and when we publicise on Radio/TV media , our website goes down every time - We can queue up our visitors now.

What do you like best about the product?
CrowdHandler has some great features to help remove some of the stress associated with a high demand on sale. Autotune is particularly useful!

I wouldn't change anything; it's everything you need to help you handle a stressful booking period.

Crowdhandler gives us greater control over our onsales and allows us to self serve more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We liked how simple and easy it was to use Crowdhandler. Their support was quick to respond and answer all our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish the reporting system would remember session statistics like browsers and computers used by the users. This would give us a better demographic report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crowdhandler was able to handle the oncoming traffic to help prevent our servers from crashing. We could then give the users a seamless experience for purchasing tickets.

Best waiting room solution I have used

What do you like best about the product?
Needed help getting a waiting room up in a very limited time due to our site crashing when we launched a sale. Customer support was incredibly helpful and super fast to help me out. They got our waiting room setup and running FAST. Support from multiple agents and the tech team when I ran into issues, could not be happier with the customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a small issue getting setup initially with the payment portal, but this was quickly handled by customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped me manage an excess of customers trying to get on for a sale and were super fast about helping me get it set up.
