What do you like best about the product?
Changes were made to some filters to include multiple variables and now they do not execute correctly. Specifically, one of the filters corresponded to city and allowed selecting multiple cities simultaneously, now we can only send one at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
on some occasions I have experienced that problem

Specific communication to target users, to encourage the use of the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been a strong tool in my day-to-day work, especially when it comes to building and managing segmentation. It’s very intuitive to create targeted audiences, and the predictive features are genuinely useful for refining campaigns. Setting up campaigns and canvases is straightforward, and the overall user experience is smooth, which makes it easy to move სწრაფly from idea to execution without a steep learning curve.

In terms of new things I’ve been enjoying, Braze continues to stand out for how quickly you can spin up campaigns and iterate on them. The flexibility in segmentation combined with its clean interface makes it especially effective for teams that want both power and ease of use. The predictive capabilities also feel increasingly valuable as datasets grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there are areas where Braze could improve. Churn insights could be more actionable and surfaced more clearly. It would also be great to see more intelligent recommendations built into the platform—especially AI-powered suggestions for campaigns or canvases. For example, proactively recommending optimizations or new journeys based on performance data would take the platform to the next level.

Overall, Braze is a reliable and user-friendly platform with strong core functionality, and with a few enhancements around insights and automation, it could become even more impactful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to send Email, Push and In app messages to our app users. Seamlessly integrated in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Braze at several companies now. It enables quick solutions to data needs and supports several mobile-first, app-related channels. The support is quick to respond, and their technical knowledge is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is Braze is hard to grow with as your company scales. It is a great stop-gap solution to filing your communication needs in your app, but it prices itself out in the later stages of the journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely, intelligent, and dynamic user communications at the right time. Quick behavioral analysis and experimentation/customization that no other platform does quite as easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency, unllike other CRM tools, I can run Braze on my browser and have a smooth and pleasant experience, without many lags and waiting time while executing my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the interface was more consistent between the different sections of the CRM and that the HTML had an autosave option, also in the HTML section would be crucial to be able to preview changes and be able to do Crtl+Z after it, something I can't do now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has helped streamline and track our communication with students and patients, and at the same time allow us to send mobile notifications and content cards to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
- User-friendly interface
- Braze Documentation is helpful when needed, self-explanatory
- Braze support easily reachable and always helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
- Engagement reports are not the best
- Dashboard analysis are not always accurate
- I am not abe to undo a contact import, which can sometimes be very problematic.

What do you like best about the product?
The number of features available + the customization use cases are endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not the easiest to navigate, but once you get the hang of it it is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help reach our customers and hosts in every possible way aside from showing up at their door!

What do you like best about the product?
Braze offers a lot of personalization and is great if your business doesn't use something like Shopify.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to transition over to Braze from other platforms fully. For our business, it is a lengthy process and cannot be done without the help of developers. There's also lot of limitations around reporting and how the campaigns are built; it's not quite as in-depth or user-friendly as other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us communicate with our customers in a highly segmented way.

What do you like best about the product?
RCS and WhatsApp channels are helpful. Becoming a holistic platform for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, the learning curve. The tool is becoming complex. Better UI and tutorials can helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a holistic product for email marketing and in-app messages. It is comfortable to have a single product that does both activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the segmentation functionality provided by Braze, we have been able to accurately target the specific customers that are of interest to us. This precision has been further enhanced through dynamic segmentations executed via their API.
What do you dislike about the product?
For newcomers to marketing automation, mastering the basics of Braze might pose a significant challenge at first due to its steep learning curve. Additionally, the pricing model might be somewhat daunting and could dissuade small businesses or budget-constrained startups from fully adopting the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to target exactly the customers that we want to reach and personalizing the email communication using the data that we're sending through their API.
