What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy interface, pleasant to look at
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to navigate and upload segments or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far Braze is not actively solving a problem, but it does help us to send out EDMs easily. The add/drop feature when creating campaigns is especially useful as well as it is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The UX is very seemless, the account managers are very hlelpful and it is a great platform to organize all things CRM into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some formatting issues in the past and CSV uploads could be a bit more convenient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to use for email, push and in app mesaging for BAU and automated comms as well as an area to segment different audience cuts

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Braze for its easy and time-efficient customer segment creation and campaign management, making it simple to test campaigns. The UI is very user-friendly, built upon a powerful system, which makes it easy for marketers to craft complex campaigns and customer journeys effortlessly. It's a solid system with little to no issues or bugs, which makes it really trustworthy. The simple UI enables quick training for new starters, helping them to get operational swiftly, which is a great time-saver for the team. Additionally, the system's reliability means we can trust the tool and utilize new releases without worry. Setting up Braze was very easy, with a clear onboarding process managed well by the Braze team, offering lots of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Braze could give more individual control over channels to allow us to pause/start specific channels within a canvas. As if we have a multi-channel canvas, we currently have to stop the whole thing rather than just one channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze makes it efficient to create customer segments and campaigns, saving time. Its simple UI speeds up training and maximizes productivity. The system's reliability ensures we trust updates and focus on priorities without worrying about issues.

What do you like best about the product?
- Very user friendly

- Visually very easy to follow canvases
- Hard to be more articulate as not gone live yet
What do you dislike about the product?
- Appear to be limitations to API triggered campaigns & not being able to carry over information to other campaigns or canvases
- Hard to be more articulate as not gone live yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Getting the customers to quote and ultimately buy a suite of insurance problems at a high conversion rate
- Use of multi channels should help accelerate marketing proficiencies

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is an excellent platform. Its modern and user-friendly interface makes working with Braze a breeze. Their customer support is also fantastic - always available to help.


The implementation of Braze was clear and successful, with a plethora of features to utilise. The ease of the integration has made using Braze a simple day-to-day part of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Braze betters our prior product in most areas, it can be a little difficult to pinpoint certain audiences despite their strong segments section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is giving our team and company far greater options to utilise how we market to our customer base. Their easy-to-use interface and ability to make changes at the click of a button is fantastic.

Good tool to build communications at scale

What do you like best about the product?
Over the last couple of years, Braze made a effort to include AI to its solution. Some of the features are still to be tested, but AI Decisioning comes in quite handy. On top of that, they finally released the long-awaited message prioritisation, which is something Braze users had been waiting for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I'm overall very happy with Braze, I noticed that Customer Support response times started getting bigger over the last year. Braze recently implemented AI for customer support and I'm wondering if the amount of 'humans' in their support team might have been impacted as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is very helpful when it comes to creating personalised communications at scale. We are able to send the same email across 11 different languages and several markets by creating one single template. This saves a lot of time when building automations across all our markets and it makes us way more flexible when it comes to A/B testing and tracking the uplift our marketing communications generate.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of the Braze platform is it's flexibility. Our team has moved to utilize custom in-app message placements to trigger native experiences to our end users. Braze's documentation and platform provides a robust toolkit at our teams disposal while also providing the opportunity to have deep integrations within our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is a tool with ample documentation and support that allows our team to implement changes with little to no questions. The key area our organization experiences issues/dislike within our use of the tool is customer support in the rare situations it is needed. The customer support process when triaging bugs has been a lengthy process that forces our organization to dedicate additional time/resources rather than receivng clear next steps or potential root causes from the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team utilizes Braze for a number of painpoints within our user journey this includes: monetization, awareness, churn prevention, return engagement. The platform has allowed our team to rapidly test experiences that solve our core problem areas mentioned above at unprecedented rates due to the exclusion of engineering resourcing to execute initiatives and tests.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the constant evolution and iprovement on their products and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
They deprectated the Braze Bonfire Slack channel and it was a very powerful tool to get answers to your issues.

Braze allows our company to create complex multi-channel flows to approach our users in a more personalised way.

What do you like best about the product?
love the in-app messaging features which we were not able to test before trying Braze. their drag & drop HTML builder is great for those who are not able to code
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a strong learning curve when starting to use Braze, some of the technical things can be tricky in addition to using this in-depth system (triggering, targeting)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to successfully develop and test in app messages using our current CRM tool which was developed internally. This was the main reason we decided to test out Braze for a year

user dashboard. i like that i can see message history for each user. I also like the test email feature.
