What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for creating canvases and campaigns. I like the speed of delivery it offers, which helps streamline the process since earlier, I had to go through different teams to deliver. I also appreciate the ease of building canvases with Braze due to its drag-and-drop feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Liquid feature in Braze gets confusing for me.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to activate audiences easily with Braze. It's really helpful to collaborate with colleagues in email and SMS. The setup was very easy, which made getting started with Braze quite smooth. I also find the ability to create segments and power campaigns a smarter way very beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeah, the canvases in Braze are pretty good. I just make pretty complex canvases at the back of it that are triggered based on the data in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yeah. Two core things on that is one, you can't search for data. You have to know the exact email address or unique identifier. It's user ID, whereas you should be able to just look at the data rather than export it. And second thing, the date is, like, singular layered. So you can't have nested data, which would be very, very valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to send marketing emails like any other CRM platform. It's a decent tool for creating good campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze as my CRM tool to efficiently manage and communicate with B2C and B2B audiences. I like the feature of multi-channel canvas for email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I appreciate the user profiles and the ability to analyze segments in detail. I can go into any user's profile and see what custom attributes and events are connected to them. Also, I can see what campaigns and events they have received and their recent engagement. With segments, I can see where they're being used and the performance of each audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very hard to analyze experiment data efficiently and effectively. With custom attributes, you can’t select strings, so there’s huge room for human and manual error. All custom attributes should be a drop down of the fields you already have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to manage B2C and B2B communications, leveraging multi-channel options for email, SMS, and WhatsApp. I can view user profiles with custom attributes and engagement history, and analyze segment performance, which enhances my data-driven campaigns.
