Braze is Great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how braze keeps their cutomers in mind. They are not only think about how to help thier clients but help their clients cutomers. They also have so many amazing features for each channel and are looking to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to learn. the learnig curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping us expand our channels

What do you like best about the product?
Braze makes sending comms to a large user base easy. I enjoy getting creative in the platform and exploring solutions to problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze can get a little slow for larger canvases or take time to save which gives me a mild panic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us activate new customers on specific events to get them onboarded. This eliminates the need for manual outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is always very organized and helpful! Braze is a very user friendly and self-explainatory. Our Braze rep, Emery, is helpful to our team and answers any questions we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Braze logs out and my changes are not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us automate email marketing and allows us to stay organized and efficient in our work.

What do you like best about the product?
They are constantly innovating and being leaders in the CRM space which gives me so much confidence as a user because it also makes us leaders in our industry. Truly love this platform

There is more opportunity to improve reporting capabilities in Braze
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to target specific users with messages that are relevant - It makes putting the customer first in our strategy very easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like creating canvases with multiple steps and different messaging channels. It's easy to see the results all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say with the current company budget cuts, it's hard to integrate features that require techinical support.

Braze is helping us engage with our users and message them about revelvant information.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is very intuitive from a marketer’s perspective. It allows me to focus on the science and art of marketing rather than getting bogged down by technical challenges when bringing ideas to life.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Braze and have found it helpful working with Andrew on different ways to utilize the app. After attending Forge, I see different opportunities where we can implement features we may not have known about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customer support is not helpful, I dont find my problems are being solved accurately.

Segmenting our users and targeting based on personalization

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has been an excellent tool for our development and marketing teams - the canvas feature is super helpful for mapping out our user journeys and different variants for differrent audiences. We use it literally every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave on campaigns! Aside from that, everything about Braze is super smooth and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze takes out a lot of the manual work we had to do with push notifications and email messaging.

The search functionality for campaigns and segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of not sending every customer the same message. Also, being able to test messages to see which ones have been the most effective instead of guessing.
