What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Braze for its automation and smooth integrations, which make my life easier. I also switched to Braze for its better functionality compared to other products, and I find the segmentation and personalization features to really stand out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting custom attribute data out of Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for segmentation and personalization, which enhances my marketing and CRM efforts. Its automation and smooth integrations make my life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is user-friendly, which really helps in managing client communications. Having everything in one place makes handling external interactions much easier. The integrations are straightforward, channels are easy to manage, and handling the audience is simple. I also appreciate that I can use Canvas to build easy journeys, allowing me to segment and do hyper-personalization effectively. It helps us deliver the right message to the right customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too thrilled with the reporting in Braze. I wish it had features like Amplitude to look at event funnels and have more accurate conversions. The initial setup was also a bit disjointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for client communications across multiple channels, and it's user-friendly, with easy integrations and channel management, simplifying audience interactions and enabling segmenting and hyper-personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity that Braze offers while managing complex campaigns and workflows. The segmentation feature is great, and I find the canvas and journey builders to be very effective as they allow us to deliver personalized messages quickly to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting could be better and more customization, such as building your own content blocks and dashboard selections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze lets us communicate with multiple game player bases, delivering personalized content and updates via email. It manages complex campaigns simply and efficiently, with excellent segmentation and journey building that quickly reaches the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Braze's reliability and its ability to send trigger messages quickly and in real-time. The user-friendly interface is a big plus too, as it helps us learn quickly and saves time when sending or building emails. The detailed segmentation offered by Braze is more advanced than what I was used to with our previous platform, and it supports our needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not able to integrate with direct mail using Braze. It would be nice if Braze could identify if a customer received direct mail so we could expand our omnichannel approach. Also, I wouldn't say the initial setup was easy, but we had years of historical data so it made sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for detailed segmentation and to send real-time trigger messages. It provides a user-friendly interface, making it easy to learn and saves time building emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Braze supports personalization and makes it easier to build email campaigns. I like the flexibility that the canvas offers, which makes setting up multiple daily campaigns simpler. Additionally, the initial setup of Braze was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if the HTML could highlight the sections on the creative in real time, and I wish I could have two sections open at the same time.

Braze supports personalization, makes it easier to build emails and canvases that include emails and push notifications, providing flexibility in setting up multiple campaigns daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Braze allows us to deliver targeted, omnichannel experiences with tailored, valuable communications to our customers. The AI agents make things a lot easier and the platform itself is intuitive, including Liquid, which helps provide a dynamic experience. These tools help massively with brainstorming and providing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search often doesn’t return the exact result unless you use speech marks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for campaign orchestration and really like the ease of campaign setup it offers. The user interface stands out for me because of its good integration of AI, which makes it easier to find and set up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not happy with the copying between workspaces. It would be better if it allowed copying other areas like audiences to maintain links between copied canvases, and also allowed for mass updating of messages in SMS subscription groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for campaign orchestration and appreciate the ease of campaign setup. The UI, especially the integration of AI and campaign setup, is really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze's simplicity, which makes it quicker to get campaigns up and running. It's got a nice interface and UI, and it's also very easy to integrate with other systems, which makes it cheaper and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't very good. It just isn't much fair reporting at all and doesn't allow you to report across campaigns and across channels. It's not very intuitive to find the metrics you need and report across different time frames and segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for email marketing, helping me with retaining customers and engagement.
