Flexible Campaign Setup, But Lacks HTML Highlighting
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Braze supports personalization and makes it easier to build email campaigns. I like the flexibility that the canvas offers, which makes setting up multiple daily campaigns simpler. Additionally, the initial setup of Braze was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if the HTML could highlight the sections on the creative in real time, and I wish I could have two sections open at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze supports personalization, makes it easier to build emails and canvases that include emails and push notifications, providing flexibility in setting up multiple campaigns daily.
Intuitive CRM with Powerful AI and Liquid Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Braze allows us to deliver targeted, omnichannel experiences with tailored, valuable communications to our customers. The AI agents make things a lot easier and the platform itself is intuitive, including Liquid, which helps provide a dynamic experience. These tools help massively with brainstorming and providing solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search often doesn’t return the exact result unless you use speech marks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze allows us to deliver targeted, omnichannel experiences and valuable communications. Braze AI helps with brainstorming and solutions, enhancing problem-solving and optimization. The intuitive platform and liquid feature enable a dynamic customer experience.
Efficient Campaign Management with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for campaign orchestration and really like the ease of campaign setup it offers. The user interface stands out for me because of its good integration of AI, which makes it easier to find and set up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not happy with the copying between workspaces. It would be better if it allowed copying other areas like audiences to maintain links between copied canvases, and also allowed for mass updating of messages in SMS subscription groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for campaign orchestration and appreciate the ease of campaign setup. The UI, especially the integration of AI and campaign setup, is really useful.
Intuitive UI, Poor Reporting Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze's simplicity, which makes it quicker to get campaigns up and running. It's got a nice interface and UI, and it's also very easy to integrate with other systems, which makes it cheaper and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't very good. It just isn't much fair reporting at all and doesn't allow you to report across campaigns and across channels. It's not very intuitive to find the metrics you need and report across different time frames and segments.

I use Braze for email marketing, helping me with retaining customers and engagement.

While the UI is clear to use for front-end tasks, the Analytics features could be more rigorous and display elements such as statistical significance.

It would be good to set custom attribute within the canvas using liquid to utilise and empower dynamic variants in templates based on canvas message steps.

Easy content updates by marketers through use of Catalogs to cut out the middle man and avoid template rewatch and canvas relaunch.

I like that Braze is easy to understand and use, making it accessible for our clients. I also appreciate that Braze seems to constantly innovate, providing a seamless experience for its users. The easy setup is another aspect that stands out positively. I believe Braze makes campaign planning easy, covering everything from strategy to content and audience building.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like at this time.

Powerful CRM Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the proactive approach on AI tools of Braze, but I enjoy the journey building and user insights it offers. It solves our complex user journey and allows us to segment and personalize our journeys better. Even though it was very complicated and hard to set up, the onboarding team at Braze helped us a lot, making the initial setup easier to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It loads slowly and is very limited on reporting. The canvas builder UI could be better and easier to use, especially in 2026. The initial setup was very complicated and hard to set up.

Braze solves our complex user journey issues, allowing us to segment and personalize journeys effectively.

I use Braze for helping send marketing communications to the right customer. I like the interface, UI, and capabilities, as they make targeting customers clear, and the canvas is easy to use. The initial setup was easy, with clear instructions.

The speed is sometimes slow, especially when loading canvas.
