What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy functions! Super smooth to navigate and find the information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the colors (not a fan of purple!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefiting to see what email and text marketing customer are getting. Easy to reference back to promo codes and dates.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how clean the interface for Braze is. It is to the point and I can easily find what i'm looking for!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish it would load a bit faster but other than that I have no issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Braze helps me locate all e-mails that have been sent out to all users.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very user friendly! I need to be quick when I check into details of an email so I love being able to pull it up and find just what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I have learned how to use the platform, there is a lot going on that I don't utilize for my role that is a bit confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use braze to help customers locate important info to give them the best user experience and confirm they are receiving all messages from us!

Information is easily accessible once on a customers account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could click into messages that have been sent to customer. Would help better confirm if emails were or weren't received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze has all the information regarding a customers account such as discount codes they have been sent or if their app is up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze just gets it. It’s super easy to use and implement, brings all your channels together, and lets you build smart, personalised campaigns without the tech headache. Perfect for busy teams who want to move fast and make real connections. There are tons of resources and also love the community feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s definitely a learning curve with Braze, and you’ll need to go through a ton of resources and documentation but honestly, that feels like part of the deal. The good news is, there’s plenty of suppot to guide you, and once you get the hang of it, it’s totally worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze takes the stress out of juggling different tools by letting us manage all our customer messaging in one place. It helps us send the right message at the right time, without having to do everything manually. It’s made our campaigns feel more personal and a lot easier to run.

Sometimes the engagement customers receive is a little much, however, Braze makes it easy to limit this.

I like the customer attributes section which shows coupons, birthdate, etc.

I wish we could see content of emails we have sent like an outbox

What do you like best about the product?
As far as platforms go, Braze offers an elegant and user friendly interface. It shows that they care about how I interact with their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. My only suggestion is to keep away from the fold. The market is a bit saturated and logos can blur together sometimes. Allows a unique experience and being visually different could set them apart from other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPIs and objectives can be hard to keep track of without an interface. Especially with email campaigns. Moving from Mailchimp and streamlining our system has helped immensely

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze solves the problem of fragmented customer communication by unifying messaging across email, push, in-app, and more—allowing for a seamless, personalized subscriber experience. This helps increase user engagement, improve retention, and drive higher lifetime value through automated, data-driven campaigns tailored to user behavior.
