Great for Sharing Events, Though the Platform Can Feel Overwhelming

Sharing events and information with our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a lot going on on my platform, and it can feel a bit overwhelming at times (though I’m not sure that’s necessarily a bad thing?).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s great for regularly sharing information and events with our users, helping them stay connected to our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for loyalty, and it helps improve engagement frequency. I like the speed at which I can test and launch campaigns. The Canvas UI is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the code editor could be improved. I'd like it to behave more like Visual Studio Code.

I use Braze for personalization and testing in email campaigns. It has a modern interface, excellent support, and innovation, making it easier and faster for teams to try new things. We switched to Braze for a more modern stack allowing for faster iteration.

I love the ease of use of Braze and the ability to easily interact with customers via real time events
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Braze had more user friendly data ingestion UI tools for their cloud data ingestion feature for data warehouses. I wish all the data to bring into braze could be viewed and selected from the Braze UI versus defining the data in tables within the datawarehouse first.

Communicating with the customer at the right time is important.

Steep learning curve, limited reporting depth without external tools, and costs can scale quickly. Some integrations and customisations require technical support, slowing down execution for non-technical users.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Braze for its automation and smooth integrations, which make my life easier. I also switched to Braze for its better functionality compared to other products, and I find the segmentation and personalization features to really stand out.

Getting custom attribute data out of Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is user-friendly, which really helps in managing client communications. Having everything in one place makes handling external interactions much easier. The integrations are straightforward, channels are easy to manage, and handling the audience is simple. I also appreciate that I can use Canvas to build easy journeys, allowing me to segment and do hyper-personalization effectively. It helps us deliver the right message to the right customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too thrilled with the reporting in Braze. I wish it had features like Amplitude to look at event funnels and have more accurate conversions. The initial setup was also a bit disjointed.

Not that I dislike but I think regular catch up with csm could be more strategy oriented and we d like to be challenged a bit more with new feature

I really appreciate the simplicity that Braze offers while managing complex campaigns and workflows. The segmentation feature is great, and I find the canvas and journey builders to be very effective as they allow us to deliver personalized messages quickly to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting could be better and more customization, such as building your own content blocks and dashboard selections.

Braze lets us communicate with multiple game player bases, delivering personalized content and updates via email. It manages complex campaigns simply and efficiently, with excellent segmentation and journey building that quickly reaches the right people.
Reliable, Real-Time Messaging with Room for Improved Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Braze's reliability and its ability to send trigger messages quickly and in real-time. The user-friendly interface is a big plus too, as it helps us learn quickly and saves time when sending or building emails. The detailed segmentation offered by Braze is more advanced than what I was used to with our previous platform, and it supports our needs effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still not able to integrate with direct mail using Braze. It would be nice if Braze could identify if a customer received direct mail so we could expand our omnichannel approach. Also, I wouldn't say the initial setup was easy, but we had years of historical data so it made sense.

I use Braze for detailed segmentation and to send real-time trigger messages. It provides a user-friendly interface, making it easy to learn and saves time building emails.
