Strong Omni Channel Platform

What do you like best about the product?
It is a fast, Omni Channel Platform with good functionality. It knows who it is and provides rigorous support to its core functions. The interface feels light and responsive. Unlike SalesForce, which can be slow to load and often feels cumbersome, Braze offers a much more streamlined and efficient experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page feature seems to lack support for attributes and does not allow the use of liquid coding. But, in fairness to Braze, the feature was just released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is allowing me and my team to get close to one-to-one communications with our customers and clients.

Easily create canvases to target large groups of users at one time.

Continual struggles with deliverability that we do not experience with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, easy to navigate the interface

Some of the data and reporting is a little tricky, particularly with canvases

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, easy to navigate and modern solutions.
Customer support is great and have great CSM's!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really wish there was a sandbox environment beyond the Dev environment.
HTML / JSON editing windows are small and can't be expanded. End up doing all the work outside of Braze then copy it in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create semi-seemless customer journeys using canvas's

The content of the event and all the organization is perfect. The tool is really easy to use with a lot of options

Yes, a lot of constraints and there is no global workspace where we can manage all countries we work with

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a great CRM tool, specially when you are a small company and you want to step up your CRM game. for large enterprises I see some product fit gaps and integration challenges, but overall a great platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the workspaces are a little bit constraining when you have a global company with lots of workspaces. its a bit obscure the delivery of the messages, why didn't someone received and why not

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Barze allows me to segment patients to allow for preferred communications so as to create trust instead of annoyance in necessary communications via SMS messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found downsides yet for my use cases. Perhaps the learning curve process, but that is to be expected of any platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to experiment on patient populations to help determine what language is most engaging and purposeful for patients in the Healthcare industry. This allows us to communicate with patients without creating abrasion.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Braze is to use. I learned how to use Braze about two years ago and I can only say that my experience has been positive. It is a one stop shop for many methods of communication from sms, email, push, in app etc. I work with a company that has over 8 apps and have been involved in over 3 internal migration and implementing the use of braze has been a seamless experience. Braze support has been helpful with these migration and overall providing use cases for unique and new campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Braze are close to none. Customer support is always readily available to answer any questions and doubts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping a ton with automation and api triggered campaigns. As well as building meaningful and seamless customer journeys all lifecycle fronts.
