Productive tool if you put in the work
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has helped us to understand our customer demographics to try to target offers to the correct audience. It has unlocked our ability to use creative strategies inside marketing instead of just blasting out communications and hoping for the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a simple way to allow franchise partners to access and use the platform for their audience without giving them more access than they need. If you need to limit the scope of some groups it is not a simple process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting us send out offers to our guests. That is the most simple level, but still has the biggest impact.

What do you like best about the product?
The software enables us to explore various approaches to boost engagement and gain deeper insights into our users. Braze supports us in assisting them more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface may appear complex to a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps to bridge the gap between users and our platform. As we gain more insights into our users, we are able to tailor our approach to their preferences, which in turn improves the effectiveness of our execution.
Really convenient and makes a Markerter's life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the comprehensive suite of options and the range of technology available, as well as how easy everything is to use. I especially enjoy being able to target in real time and utilize segments to gain deeper insights into user profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The canvas building experience could use some enhancements. I would appreciate the addition of multi-select options, which would make it easier to edit or delete multiple components within a canvas at once. It would also be helpful to have improved copy functionality for components such as action paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to orchestrate complex user journeys and develop a comprehensive suite of marketing touchpoints is a significant advantage.
I believe Braze is the best Customer engagement platform out there.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Canvas builder and how easy it is. Also, I love the Braze learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could potentially run into a problem where the platform is trying to expand and add more features fast. Maybe take a step back and see what features are really being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is now solving the power of segmentation and we've successfully integrated Braze into our Product back end system, this unlocks sending scheduled promotions and messaging to almost 8 million members.
Love the UI, super user friendly

The UI makes it super intuitive for marketers to navigate through their workflows

Integrations are lacking with some vendors

I like that the tool is very user friendly. The tech seems to be always adapting to the current climate. I enjoy that the product team and success teams are very attentive

Lack of visibility in the user interface for webhook activity

Braze: Great for marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
My team just started using braze, and I primarily do data analytics out of it. I am impressed with how quickly our devs/product teams are able to spin up new canvases and direct traffic. I'm also interested in the Offerfit and Braze AI tools, but as we are still implementing, I can't leave a full review of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-marketing firm that is using Braze, there's definitely been a few instances where we haven't had the most aligned use cases. I feel as if this isn't a weakness of Braze, just a mis-alignment to an extent. Some KPI's that we track are longer than same-day or same-week, but some things (like intelligent selection) start picking winners and losers incredibly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is helping solve the problem of getting the right message to the right customer. In our legacy system, we had only three SMS texts sent on a stock cadance, and any variation was months of work. With Braze, we have rolled out over 40 messages dynamic based on customer information in a few months, with more to come.

there is no call integration , only text, email, push notification and content card

creating various text message variations, so users arn't getting same message each time also not through same channel
Powerful system & great team
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Braze goes above and beyond for their clients and partners. The system itself is truly enterprise level and very powerful. We routinely run large multi-channel campaigns with multiple connected content calls and the system keeps up. Lots of workarounds for custom work
What do you dislike about the product?
Training is annoying. I wish the system worked better for training team members. Some of the reporting is a little off and questionable. If using for SMS, you will need to be very very careful as to avoid duplicates (the system is Email centric)
