What do you like best about the product?
Braze is more than a email campaign tool. It is a customer engagement and enhancement platform that encourages marketers to get to know their customers as people
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. Practioner certification exam questions are difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There used to be a bottleneck in email template development, as we had to depend on engineers to find time in their roadmap for template creation. Now, with the ability to create a kitchen sink, anyone can build an email canvas without waiting for engineering resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The constant evolvement and expertise in the industry makes me know that i'm staying up to date on industry trends and can trust that the software will help me do marketing the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was really hard for my company to onboard Braze with a lot of our data issues on our end (granted, it helped us recognize the problems), but it's intimidating and draining to tackle especially when you're first learning the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized marketing. It helps to tailor the journey for my users.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze has truly transformed our business. The technology is both effective and intuitive, allowing us to connect with our customers more efficiently and at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge I've encountered with Braze is its documentation. Guiding our developers on what needs to be included during project scoping has been particularly tough. It would be incredibly helpful if there were a way to select the specific features we plan to use and have the relevant documentation automatically compiled for the development team. Currently, our developers must sift through all the available documentation and try to determine which options we want to implement. This process is neither straightforward nor centralized, making it more complicated than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze enables us to use IAMs for targeted in-app or web placements, which helps us promote specific features and products. It also gives us the opportunity to expand our marketing channels, including push alerts, SMS, and soon, email. What I value most is the platform’s ability to trigger personalized messaging across different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Truthfully, it solves problems for our organization that we have let be a thorn in our side for too long. I think the ability to start to really hone in on the areas that make our outreach effective has been a huge win for us orginizationally. Looking forward to really dig into additional features we could be leveraging. Also, the Segment integration is a big one for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation can bury the lede a bit. I believe there was one instance early on where we were setting up a canvas and didn't realize that we had a 24 hour waiting period once users entered the segment. When we went back and looked at the documentation it almost looked to be hidden in the docs as a small side note, but it caused a bit of a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach customers based on true insights that our business cares about.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to segment our users based on behavior and the wide variety of channels to target users on
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding has been a little tricky but I think a lot of that has to do with our internal product team. We've had a hard time understanding exactly what we need from our product and data teams to get off the ground the way we want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us personalize our remarketing and reach users on more effective channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze provides a wide range of capabilities and is constantly introducing new features. It makes creating customer journeys remarkably simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Braze. If I had to choose something, it would be some small inconveniences in building out canvases (ex. inability to copy multiple steps at once)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is bringing all of our business units together under a single platform, whereas before they were separated across different systems. It also provides significantly more options for personalization and ensures that each customer receives the most relevant message.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is such a powerful tool to be able to communicate and engage with your customers. What's most exciting as a marketer today is how cutting edge the technology is and continuing to look ahead to the future and capabilities. Being able to connect not only via email, SMS, MMS, but also website and social channels means you can easily interact with your customers and reach them in meaningful, powerful, customized and relevant ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get up-to-speed on Braze's capabilities. Videos and visibility to easy resources for onboarding would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to patients in meaningful ways. Serving them content that drives conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality that Braze offers. I've used a lot of platforms before and Braze will be able to grow with the business. It creates a soild foundation for the marketing channels. It also has new innovative tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to understand it all and what works best for our team. Especially as these new products launch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer centric hub and an easier way to build and send emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the involvement and care of the team members at Braze we have in place today. They are top notch and always with me as we navigate this ever evolving space. Special shout out to Bobby L. Dylan C, Lydia, and Paul N! I also appreciate all the work that has been put into AI, though I would like to see more of it in canvas build.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I had to fight for the team I get to work with at Braze today. Some special team offers don't have clear objectives and measures. Canvas methods of measurement has been impossible to understand for anyone outside of the CRM team and even for us it creates a challenge to do effective testing. Implementation updates don't have a map and it makes it hard on our team and Braze team to come together...though the Modernization team today (shout out to Steven and Jonathan) have started to change my mind on this potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a rebuild year. Right now we just broadcast our messages and the channels are needing changes BUT with the conversations of late I am hoping it will wow in the space of personalization to our customer.

No mobile app wallet solution, this would be a great feature to further engage mobile app users
