What do you like best about the product?
RestApi lets me pull, get, and post anything from anywhere. It’s really helped a lot whenever I need to pull data from outside sources or send data to another platform. Honestly, it’s been a lifesaver for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should also include a lead scoring system, as that would be a big help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Braze for the last 3 years, and it has been a wonderful tool for our work across the globe. I’ve used other similar platforms as well, but none of them have the kind of robust infrastructure that Braze offers. It’s easy to get started with, and it scales smoothly as your needs grow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze's integration with our app and website, which enhances its functionality for us. I appreciate the ability to send real-time communications based on customer behavior or purchases. Segmentation and segment extension can be quite complex, and setting it up required solutions architects and technical members of our team to work with Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizable features of Braze and the all-in-one solutions for CRM, from emails to IAMs and push. It helps us create seamless CRM experiences to bring users back to the platform.

I think UX could be improved. Some of the settings aren't clear enough on the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how efficient Braze is for my team and I. It really helps us build canvases and campaigns a lot quicker by using templates and an easy to use UI. I find Braze very easy and smooth for initial setup for clients. I appreciate that everything, like data, SDK integrations, and reporting, is stored on one platform. I also use Canvas a lot, as it helps map out customer journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more assistance with AI agent models. It's not easy to understand and there aren't enough learning paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for reporting, analytics, and building test concepts. It centralizes data, SDK integrations, and reporting. It's efficient for my team, helping us build campaigns quickly with templates and an easy-to-use UI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the segmentation element of Braze. It allows me to get really targeted with the email communication we send out, making sure the right messages get to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite a steep learning curve, so it's quite difficult for people who haven't used Braze before to get up to speed with how it works. There's some elements of the tool that really isn't that intuitive, making it quite difficult to get up to speed with it initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze gives me a good view of our audience, allowing for targeted segmentation. This helps us ensure the right messages are sent to the right people, improving our email communication efforts.
