Personalization at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is extremely powerful and can create almost any customer journey you can imagine. Once you have connected the right events to their platform, you are able to trigger messages and progressions for any action a customer takes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few connections within canvas that currently are not present. These are more niche, but it would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lifecycle Marketing, CRM. We have seen a significant increase in return attendance and retention of our users. We have seen improvements in both new payer engagement and return payer engagement with the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a powerful CRM platform, then you will be happy with Braze.
Much more than a surveying tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is amazing, it helps me do analysis by running surveys and marketing campaigns. Creating and executing a campaign is fairly simple as well as tracking and measuring. Braze provides you with real-time numbers on open and conversion rate, projects revenue and impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using braze for an year now and I love it, don't have anything to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize and execute marketing campaigns and collect feedback by running surveys

What do you like best about the product?
Braze made it possible for my team to consolidate a multitude of different marketing tools all under one roof. Having legacy communications firing from Marketo, Mandrill, Mailchimp, Intercom, and Localytics, I was able to completely migrate those communications to Braze and have them all work together.
While the product itself is stellar, what makes Braze world-class is the support that comes with it. I've never worked with a team that is so involved in making sure you are set up for success and willingly rises to the occasion when help is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only area for improvement worth mentioning would be improvements to the UI and building of some campaigns. I have no doubt however that as the company continues to grow, these will all be ironed out in time.
With Braze being a growing team, it's been really inspirational sharing product feedback to Customer Success and Product Managers and actually see this feedback get woven into the product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-channel marketing to ensure top of funnel metrics and drive down-funnel conversion of our core product and up-sell opportunities to nurture users to adopt our mobile banking product. Braze serves as our primary tool for customer retention strategy through the use of automated reengagement campaigns.

When looking to upgrade your marketing tools to a 21st century product, Braze is going to get you there.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Really diverse range of products that have helped our department grow and be able to make data-based decisions. There's no limit to what you can do with Braze and it's been a really important instrumental tool for measuring engagement and retention. Really helpful team that is dedicated to helping companies grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
With such a large ecosystem, it can take a bit of time to understand each product fully and be able to use each tool to the fullest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fully develop A/B testing schedule and pulls data quick and our team has been able to automate many campaigns and advance our strategies!
Amazing customer success/engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Smart team who puts focus on customer engagement, ensuring clients can find success through guided brainstorm and implementation sessions. Reliable tools for 360 CX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks in the Braze dashboard to send quick push notifications; more streamlined analytics dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze functionality for custom properties in customer profiles is great. Braze event trigger is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A/B testing must begin from the start. It is not possible to conduct A/B testing at a specific step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization. We realized there was still a lot of cross-functional resources needed to make it work.

Great tool. Need strong in-house development and marketing resources to continue optimizing every day.

Braze is extremely user friendly. It has a great combination of extensive capabilities while having a user friendly experience.

I wish it had template options while building emails. I wish I could save certain blocks when editing in html.

-User friendly: If you are experienced with ESPs, Braze is simple and straightforward to learn after an initial exploration into the tool.
-Tooling, Products, and Features: Braze is a robust tool that enables my team to build complex lifecycle marketing programs without needing support from product/engineering. We can easily target users with email, push notifications, in-app messages, webhooks, SMS, and more all in one place.
If there is ever a product that is missing/could be improved, the Braze team will listen to our needs and incorporate suggestions into their product roadmap.
-Customer Service: The Customer Success team is so responsive and helpful - some of the best I've ever worked with. They will provide suggestions, feedback, workarounds (if needed), and recommendations to improve your efficiency and strategy. I'd highly recommend a CSM as well.

I like to think of it more as areas of opportunity for improvement.
-UI improvements such as foldering/organizational structure instead of just a tagging system.
-Load times for canvases that are very complex (though I've been told this improvement is coming soon)
-Better reporting and analytics built within Braze. We do a lot of exporting of data to outside tools for analysis.

We are using Braze to communication with all of our audiences through multiple app groups using email, IAMs, push, SMS, and webhooks.

A great tool for ecrm
What do you like best about the product?
I love that this service could directly connect with our data warehouse in order to create custom segments that are unique to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything I dislike, aside from the work and time commitment in getting Btaze fully rolled out

We have been able to create an ecrm lifecycles campaign that touches customers throughout different parts of their relationship with us
Been using Braze for about a year to launch in-app and email campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you have control over when and where within the product you want to deliver your campaigns to depending on how granular your product instrumentations are.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a solid understanding of your own product's instrumentations and how Braze data works with Segment and your own instrumentations, it will be confusing to navigate the tool initially and how to maximize the effectiveness of Braze's functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Braze to target specific groups of users based on their activity levels and usage of the product. I also use in-app campaigns to nudge the users to progress within the product and use email campaigns to remind users who received the in-app campaigns but still have not take any action towards it.
