What do you like best about the product?
* powerful multi-channel marketing platform, yet easy and intuitive to use
* strong segmentation capabilities
* canvas section allowing for sophisticated multi-channel & multi-language communication flows
* once set up properly it puts a powerful toolset in the hands of marketing while reducing dependencies on development resources
* the platform already offers more than we're making use of and it keeps developing further
* all of the above is enriched with a strong and committed support & services team that is dedicated to elevating your status quo

What do you dislike about the product?
* in-platform reporting and analytics capabilities could be enriched
* also more and easier visibility on deliverability topics would be a big plus
* based on the latest pricing strategy you need to make sure you get the full personal support you can get as "platform access + team support" is the path to success!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* multi-channel, multi-language user communication to drive engagement and ultimately revenues
* being able to act independently within Marketing by reducing tech. and development dependencies
* making sure we're getting the most out of our installed base
* finding the right balance between over- and under-communication by delivering meaningful/relevant content to users at the right frequency

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, it's really easy to learn and build things on the platform. Also, I think one of the things that make Braze stand out from the competition is that they are always improving their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes we depend too much on the Braze Support Team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The core of our business spins around Braze, we use the platform to do everything, its so helpful and easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be an expensive tool but it's worth the money you invest!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set communications using Braze features and how everything is useful. I think what I most like is the Audience Path feature to segment users in a canvas.
Also, I think Braze's support and employees are very helpful when we need them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we would like to edit an active canvas, or even delete a draft, but it's not possible yet. Also, recently we're facing some problems when editing a canvas in the classic mode (it changes the whole canvas visualization and the email's footer goes up).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized we can save much of our time by letting some communications "Action Based". All the company is being more productive because we only have to monitor the results, but the dispatches are automatic.

Not being able to duplicate material to different environments

We are solving retention problems. By creating great email funnels, we show our customers that they are valued.

Once you get the hang of it, it is great!
Powerful CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a platform that is really useful especially when it comes to looking at the data. We were able to integrate Braze data into Looker while it has never been possible with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I also like the custom events and properties features which allow understand customer behaviors and send them relevant communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is not always very detailed. When we wanted to implement new custom events linked to Google Tag Manager, we had to figure it out ourselves which was quite frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Marketing Analyst, I can really see a difference when analyzing CRM activities within Braze (as opposed to SFMC). Thanks to the numerous features available, we can really understand what is working and what is not.

What do you like best about the product?
The multi-step platform, canvases, create easy customer journey paths that can be triggered by customer actions. Easy to use, customize, and analyze results. Great tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support team is great, but the onboarding teams we have been matched with felt oftentimes redundant. It took longer to ask them a question than to go directly to support, which defeats the purpose. Most questions had to be escalated to support anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked any communication strategy with customers prior to Braze. Braze has inspired a new, customizable, growing strategy to reach our customers where it makes the most sense during their joirney.

- The reporting tool could be better
- Maybe there is a solution for easily showing all the steps in a canvas, instead of having to open each step to see what message/template is in there.

The endless possibilities which Braze gives you at hand and the fact that you can build custom-tailored multi-platform user journeys.

Data integration, UI and features like connected content and liquid code.

Buildinh out gamification feature with 0 dev efforts - biggest benefit so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the system's easy-to-use interface. The Braze team is also incredibly knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout our migration and with month-to-month optimization suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many complaints, honestly! Really enjoy the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really wanted to optimize our messaging and make them more dynamic. We definitely found space to do so with Braze, but our team has a lot of space to grow with Braze's capabilities.
