Braze is a very robust tool that is very marketer-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
We love the out-of-the-box functionality and the ease of use. Braze is always coming out with new features that are super helpful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for small and medium-size businesses could be a little better. But they do pretty well with what they have for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Braze to provide a personalized experience to our customers and getting them to workout more often.

What do you like best about the product?
The consistent ongoing support from Braze's success team has ultimately become the biggest asset when it comes to strategizing and executing within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While TCPA doesn't require a double opt-in process for SMS consent, it is still highly recommended. I think Braze should incorporate a required double opt-in field alongside the current required "opt-in" keyword category for SMS subscription groups. This would eliminate the need for brands to strategize extra canvas/campaign steps to incorporate messaging and user filtering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous SMS platform was incapable of targeting specific audiences, while we had to send mass text blasts out to thousands of people at one time-ultimately causing low-performing campaigns and high opt-out rates with no real-time customer data. Braze has instantly solved this problem by being able to directly target audiences who were most likely to engage based on behavioral data while sending personalized SMS messages to our customers at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
personalization capabilities, weather-based targeting, ease of use, support team, cost savings and omni-channel approach. After working with competitor ESP's (Fishbowl/Personica, Emma, Klaviyo) we were blown away with how much smoother our marketing campaigns were for both set up and deployment!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of! It would be cool to be able to create creative assets inside of braze with ability to link assets within braze so we don't have to use movable ink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
local store capabilities, analytics dashboard, liquid logic making personalization a breeze! We are more productive -- we can set up campaigns easier on the fly!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at integration capabilities from your other sources -- and seriously consider if your other sources don't connect to Braze -- why not? I have had 0 issues with Braze.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to set up push notifications & EDM campaigns with just a few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
difficult to extract bounced emails details. Recurring API campaigns data is not presented on a "per message sent" basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to have a better CLM tool, one with integrated solutions for Push Notifications & EDM, and Braze addressed our requirements.

Braze helped with cross-channel marketing automation efforts. We saw increases in ROI YoY due to the efficiency of testing.
Braze is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been working within Braze for 2+ years, utilizing the majority of the available features. I’ve been extremely happy with the platform on multiple levels. The platform itself is the most intuitive one I’ve used in my 7 years within the MarTech industry. The interface is easy to use and navigate, the campaign & automation features are robust and Braze’s endpoint is easy to use and well documented. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with our customer success managers over the years & ad hoc support. Highly recommend Braze for any company looking to bolster their digital marketing program.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislikes are some aspects of the media management, especially when copying over a previous campaign but it is a minor gripe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The beauty of Braze is that it offers flexibility in problem solving. Specifically, the Braze endpoint, coupled with the webhook feature allows for several ways to approach problems. We've been able to integrate with other platforms seamlessly and launch processes utilizing triggered events or 3rd party actions.

i like the easy integration of content blocks and different email templates. The analytics and capabilities are amazing when it comes to sends.

I would like better reporting systems and clear reports exported from the system.

-Constant product innovation: They keep impressing me with how much they innovate every month, they are literally always adding useful new features, channels, and functionalities to their product
-User-friendly interface: Even though Braze is a really complex tool with tons of options, it is built in a way that is intuitive and easy to use.
-Personalization granularity within their campaigns thanks to their advanced segmentation options and Liquid scripting language to add multiple dynamic variables within a template.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike, but I would suggest they start investing more effort into making their Churn Prediction and Purchase Prediction functions more advanced so their customers can really take churn prevention to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Among many other benefits, thanks to Braze we managed to automate most of our campaigns and journeys, reducing to 50% the operational efforts that the CRM team was investing with our previous tool. We also managed to increase our conversion rate against the global control group by 30% in a matter of months.
I was in charge for some email campaign for B2B segment, I used a lot the drag and drop template
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the ease of switching beetwen mobile and desktop view when creating the email using drag and drop editor. Also liked the ease of creating many variants of a template when launching a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that often some elements used in drag and drop editor freezed. The most unpleasent situation it usually presents when duplicating rows and triyng to edit images size: sometimes i can go straight to a certain % sometimes no. Anyway i found a solution to these problems by deleting the row with problems and creating it again from 0.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can finally control the conversion of email campaign that before were totally unknown. Also I can better asses which communication tone or expressions can better perform in order to optimize the convertion itself, amazing!
