A great product with fantastic support
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the product in general. Content blocks, Templates and the general technical infrastructure allows less technical team members to use with ease without hindering more technical requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the "out of the box" features aren't necessarily useful for our use case, which is I guess the downside of a tool designed to be used across industries, that being said it's easy to disable or disregard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The braze platform has been instrumental in allowing us to create solutions designed around scale, automation and personalisation. Which improves the quality of our output and reduces the time we have to spend on menial tasks.

Canvases allows you to easily build and test journeys

Sometimes logs you out if not in constant use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You don't need to write complex scripts like SQL or AMP, but you're still able to produce dynamic, data-driven messages

The interface looks sometimes to be renewed

Being able to manage the campaigns sent via the different channels

I can see all of the user's information in one place, as opposed to our old way, which required searching in multiple areas to find one answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no dislikes! I want to look up users by phone number, but we are working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Braze has solved is by having everything in one place, which has sped up my work flow.

Braze Customer Experience Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Braze reps are always willing to help with questions about the platform and help with strategising the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the platform to dig a little deeper with insights, especially in terms of user behaviour beyond the engagement after a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze is the connection point between our app and customers. I am able to send emails, push notifications, In-App notifications and build sophisticated campaigns around the content we wish to market to our audience.

The more you delve into the platform and use it, the easier it gets to create more sophisticated campaigns.

Braze has a very user-friendly and elaborate interface. This gives marketers a lot of options to create messages easily, without needing a lot of help from development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options are somewhat limited so you need to build your own dashboarding to have a good overview of the performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze we can reach our customers across multiple channels easily with service updates and marketing notifications. Because everything is in the same platform you can manage contact pressure properly.
Best CRM around
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI makes it easy for marketers and engineers alike to work in the platform. Omnichannel coordination is second to none. This allows us to be able to interact with a customer on multiple pivot points in the customer's journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the canvas can get bogged down. I also believe there should be documentation points included in the UI of the platform. Easy way to review docs at certain things. Ie setting up webhooks, added app groups etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding use journey and the complexities of A/B testing. There are never enough methods, times and variations to A/B multiple different messaging across all of the channels.

Confirm that your legacy stack has a partner connection to Braze. This will make it easier to implement.
