Smooth sailing
What do you like best about the product?
Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.
PROS:
- Passionate account executives, providing a full overview of the product
- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible
- Feature rich, mobile-first platform, with unparallelled diversity and customisation options in campaign and journey setup

What do you dislike about the product?
As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating complex automated journeys to cater for multiple lifecycle stages for a highly segmented user base. Introducing possibilities for deep personalisation via liquid tags, creating content blocks to automate the better part of template creation.
Intuitive CRM with Omnichannel Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for CRM, particularly for omnichannel messaging to customers in our radio and competition businesses. I appreciate how it helps personalize communications to the right people at the right time through the right channel. I like the usability, functionality, and interface of Braze; it's intuitive, easy on the eye, and makes it simple to do complex things. This allows us to contact the right people with the right message at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe canvases in flow numbers reporting. Clearer indications of who is where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps personalize communications, reaching the right people at the right time and channel. It has an intuitive interface that's visually pleasing and simplifies complex tasks, enhancing usability and functionality.

The adaptability, as well as its AI functions.

Can be slow during peak times, in the UK after 4:30pm.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create a whole customer journey in one canvas with Braze. I enjoy the decision elements and find the easy testing of variants and liquid language for personalization particularly helpful. It helps us have relevant messaging based on user actions and who they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze reporting not having an API key. And no way to programmatically understand which custom attributes and events are used in segments, canvases, campaigns like in usage report but on a massive scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps in sending personalized messages, crafting customer journeys, and having relevant messaging based on user actions.
User-Friendly but Long Setup Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly Braze is, with everything being clear and colored for ease of use. It helps us mass email customers about important issues, so we don’t have to worry about going through the audience one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it’s quite slow to filter through the different templates we’ve made to find the right one. It was quite a long setup, took us a year for onboarding.

Braze helps me mass email customers about important issues without manually going through the audience one by one.
Intuitive CRM with Powerful AI and Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze to be very intuitive, which is a key reason why my team switched from Responsys. I love the Braze AI agents and how they help in building emails and segmentation, allowing us to provide the best experience to our customers. The initial setup of Braze was very easy, including the warming up process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segment extension is something we haven't used a lot because it's not the most beneficial for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for customer journey orchestration and deploying multi-channel campaigns. I like that it allows marketers a user-friendly way to create multichannel journeys. I appreciate the ease of use and how it can seamlessly connect with other platforms in our tech stack, especially with our customer data platform mParticle. This integration enables multi-channel personalization for us, which is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email editor is not really usable as a drag and drop editor for us. We use another tool for this. The AI Agent functionality is good for asking questions, but ideally, it would be able to take action.
