Intuitive and Efficient, But Time Zone Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Braze makes complex tasks easy and is easy to learn. It's always a plus having an AI operator to help resolve issues when I get stuck. I really appreciate how quick and dynamic the email building features are, allowing for highly personalized content. Braze's intuitiveness is another standout, as it makes things quicker and simplifies my workflow. Additionally, the initial setup of Braze for my team was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time zone. We’re now in BST but Braze doesn’t change and won’t adapt in each workspace per region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Braze makes complex tasks easy, quickens my workflow with its intuitive design, and allows for highly dynamic, personalized email builds.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze's native capabilities to connect to data lake platforms like GCP. This has been a game changer for the marketing team, enabling them to access more data and action campaigns to adapt to market volatility much more efficiently. While it previously took weeks with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, now the team can adapt in hours. I also found the initial setup process quite efficient with the help of a trusted partner, CACI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Greater flexibility with data model design. Sometimes it is difficult to fit a relational data model into Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze provides access to data for enhanced personalization and quick adaptation of campaigns to market changes, significantly reducing the time from weeks to hours compared to my previous tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how quick it is to set up a campaign in Braze without having to go through layers of creation to sending. It allows me the freedom to create and send without involving 10 people, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently cannot send at account level and are unable to send letters through Braze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for sending operational comms quickly. It allows creating and sending campaigns without involving many people, making the process easier and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze really unique and quite easy to navigate. It's user-friendly, and I appreciate that you don't have to use everything; you can get additional help if needed. The platform operates with user-friendliness in mind, making it easy even if there are new things I haven't used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the aspect of trying to offer you a lot of different work from previous campaign into another one. So unless you've saved it as a content block and stuff before, it's not so easy with the drag and drop option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze as a CRM network to connect with customers and potential patients. It's user-friendly and helps me easily build specific campaigns by going to the operator for support if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I find editing emails with Braze to be a smooth experience. Uploading images is straightforward, and I also appreciate how easy it is to copy and paste links into the system. The initial setup of Braze was very easy, which was a huge relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading a template, it can take time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to create emails and it helps out with links. Editing emails is a smooth experience, and uploading images is easy. Copy and paste links are simple to add, making email creation effective.

What do you like best about the product?
I am loving the new AI capabilities they have rolled out recently and the smart dynamic function for testing in canvases and campaigns. I also appreciate getting more insights where I can get the details fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not as easy for new users to onboard into the system, especially for those with a less technical background. It could pick up insights from competitors that have easier user interfaces. It's not super easy to start.

I use Braze for smart timing, automated data, and customer-driven campaigns, gaining insights fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive platform of Braze, especially when building reports. I use these reports to make further decisions on the timing, recipients, and content of the communications I send. While I haven't had much time to explore them, the AI features in Braze look interesting to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation between canvases and messaging is sometimes difficult. Additionally, advanced filtering is not automatically filtering to active campaigns, and the search page could be clearer and less busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for sending emails, push notifications, and SMS, which helps in creating customer segments, optimizing sends, and streamlining journeys. The intuitive platform aids in building reports to guide communication decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the depth of functionality Braze offers and how it's keeping up with the AI age by unlocking new ways to improve our communications and targeting. I also find that Braze excelled in every aspect when we chose it over our internally built tool, which had very limited functionality. The transition was smooth, thanks to Braze’s help. We use it for everything CRM marketing related, like automated journeys, precise segmentation of users, dynamic content, and providing access to one-off campaign sends to our sales and marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find contracting with Braze challenging. We hit some bottlenecks here and there when trying to expand on the usage or integrate new features. It feels like any change leads to a big invoice and monthly payment changes, and we're already locking in our yearly budget with management. This prevents us from exploring new features. I'd want a free trial for a few months of the new things so we can make up our mind and consider everything in the new contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze automates journeys, enables precise user segmentation, personalizes content, and triggers campaigns. It supports our sales and marketing teams with one-off sends and improves targeting while adapting to AI advancements.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for lifecycle and day-to-day campaigns. I like that it's simple and easy to use, and it keeps evolving. They keep launching new features that are easy and quick to make changes with.

It would be great to have more code generating bits for incentives so everything can be managed in one platform.
