What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze to be an amazing platform that's very easy to use. I appreciate the easy UI and the AI operator. Additionally, Braze assists with new product launches effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the connected content and its capabilities, utilizing API keys to automate communications. It streamlines email tasks and has cut down my work by 5 hours a week, which was scaled globally at my prior role. I also find the UI to be pretty streamlined. The initial setup of Braze was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Naming conventions could be automatically generated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze streamlines CRM journeys and platforms, automating email communications and saving me 5 hours a week globally.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Braze offers an easy way to find what I need and adapt. I also appreciate the Analytics Studio for being quick and easy to get meaningful results to share with the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs an auto-save function for the canvas, and when you edit an email template, it would be great to be able to save straight away. The setup was challenging since it wasn't done by Braze but by another party, CACI, who were hard to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for marketing emails and SMS, which simplifies running multi-channel campaigns. It's easy to find what I need and adapt, plus the Analytics Studio quickly delivers meaningful results to share with the business.

Efficient Campaign Automation with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the user interface of Braze is easy to use. The API endpoints are also a strong point for me, as they simplify automation, allowing us to trigger campaigns from our backend servers at scale. This lets us build audiences on the fly in our own system and then send them to Braze for delivery. I also find the campaign analytics feature valuable, as well as the overall setup process, which was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all things are covered by API endpoints, I’d like to be able to create campaigns via API for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze for automating campaigns, sending large amounts of communications at scale with filtering and frequency capping.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Braze for communications with customers and it really makes it easier to send multiple messages. I like how user-friendly it is, which really stands out for me. I also appreciate the ability to build a canvas and have A/B testing, as it makes it easier to work out what avenue performs better. The initial setup of Braze was very easy according to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t got any dislikes at the moment

What do you like best about the product?
I find Braze very easy to use and straightforward. The drag and drop element of canvases is perfect, making it visual, quick, and easy to use, and it helps me save time and allows me to visualize the journeys. The AI optimizer makes testing super quick, relevant, and easy. It's helpful that the interface is very friendly, and everything can be done on the platform, from segmenting to analysis. I can see the results quickly and easily, which is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to copy part of journeys and segments to other parts of Braze. It would save time. I may have part of a segment or filters I may want to export something else. Same with part of a journey. It would save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps with segmentation, AI testing, and personalizing comms, contacting customers at the right time using canvases and triggers. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to visualize journeys, and the AI optimizer allows quick testing of multiple variants, saving time with immediate results.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive to use. Enjoy the user experience and can be used by everyone in all roles to create journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to manually switch between steps, when QA-ing you want to be able to switch quickly but is still a very slow manual process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze houses all our crm comms. We use IAM, push, content cards and email. We have just automated our refurb journey so that when a gym is marked for refurb by the operations team, this sets up comms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Braze for its usability and ease of understanding. It has clear and obvious drop-downs and clear naming conventions for features, making it straightforward to use. The initial setup was very easy, with a clear setup process and no forced instruction walkthroughs. I also appreciate that it allows direct email and push communication to customers, which is crucial for deploying CRM activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like the rigidity of the email flow structures. When you can’t create a central-looking pathway on an email journey, the block always moves to one side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Braze to enable direct email and push communication to customers.
