Easy to install and use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to install and use, many build-in ofintegration, great support, Ease of Integration

Should have libs of template tasks, workflow so user can import and edit to meet their requirement

Save the time to managed the workflow, can set SLA for task, quick to relize the cause of issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The Stonebranch experts developed this tool in such a way that it can help them to achieve all client's requirement and the speed is too fast to process the SAP jobs which is highly appreciated by clients and it is leading more forward as compared to its competititors in the current market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easy to do the setup on its own .it should spread all over the world so that in every corner all clients should work on that process has not created till now.its not as famous as other WLA products in market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Commission new modules SAP Weekly/Monthly/Quaterly/Yearly calendars and flows have been developed with so much complexity that it is running fine from last 5 yrs and clien tis pretty much satisfied with its fast performance.

The interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The monitoring and troubleshooting features are great.
It provides ease of use, central control, compliance, cost optimization, security, and high availability. It provides fault-tolerant architecture. For high availability, it provides automated disaster recovery.

Currently only best for small to medium-sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stonebranch Workload Automation solution will help in automating the entire business system, including heterogeneous server environments.
It provides several benefits such as labor savings, system-wide improvements, increased overall speed, intelligent & predictive resource allocation, etc.

Their products are some of the best, providing excellent features, usability, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only had experience with their UAC product, but overall I can't find too many things to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better automation is the number one issue we solved when we switched to UAC. It made our everyday processed more transparent, and when there's an issue, it's much easier to resolve with a faster turnaround time on restarting jobs.

Their Support department is top-notch when it comes to knowledgeability and timeliness. Their KB is also the best I've ever seen.

Would like to see a larger list of native integrations with industry-standard applications

We've dramatically cut down on after-hour calls for job failures by utilizing auto-cancellations
User friendly UI and simple way to connect different types of applications.

universal template is best utility to create user custom scripts and run, also directly connect fremote ssh.

I have not find the such things as such.

We have very simple way to carve out the stonebarnch application with two steps. we are able to export and import by just 2-3 clicks.

The user interface is simple to navigate, responsive and robust. The underlying product functionality is straightforward and consistent from a support perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Depending on the skill level of the user base, some training may be required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of manual workflows. The parameterization capabilities of workflows allow reusability for common tasks.

Somewhat too buzy, too many overlapping windows, too many barely used boxes, and fields.

So far OpsWise application seems the most comprehensive and convenient in use.
I am in charge of a system that is controlled by over 150 OpsWise Tasks and over 100 Work Flows!

What do you like best about the product?
Batch and remote operations and intra-dependencies are becoming increasingly complex. Stonebranch enables our Cloud solution to align with our customer's operational requirements while providing oversight of job execution status. The solution has allowed for the maturation of legacy scripting and CRON jobs with limited visibility into a world-class job management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on feedback from customers and Cloud resources, there are no gaps at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Job visibility. Job reprocessing. Benefits received are improved customer outcomes and experience.

I like the automation customizations Stonebranch offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislike so far.... Stonebranch is very easy to use and understand so I haven't found a thing I dislike.
