What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, especially for people who aren't graphic designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Canva had more free themes and templates and assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create graphics, thumbnails, photos, and other marketing materials for my online businesses. It's super easy to use, and I like that you don't need much experience or to be a graphic design pro to use it.
Effortless Design with Stunning Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for my Instagram stories and posts, as well as to edit my videos. I'm learning graphic designing and Canva helps a lot with its very good templates for all categories, which are easy to use. I love Canva's AI feature as it helps me a lot in my designing and makes my ideas work instantly. The built-in elements are very helpful to improve my posts, and the copyright-free images and videos are really useful for editing. Canva also allows me to easily edit my posts and videos, and the stock image collection is great, so I don't need to go anywhere else. The final results from the AI feature are very similar to what I want, which looks good even with little effort, saving my time. The initial setup of Canva was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Canva takes too much time to load, which is a bit frustrating. Additionally, when I find a good template and open it to see how it exactly looks, going back from that template makes me start scrolling from the beginning. It can't resume from where I left off, which is a little time-consuming. Sometimes when I download my design, it decreases its quality. I don't like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes my design work stand out and simplifies creating Instagram stories and posts. Its templates are easy to use, and the AI shapes my ideas quickly. I benefit from the built-in elements, copyright-free images, and attractive fonts, saving time and enhancing my videos.
Feature-Packed and User-Friendly—A Must-Have for Creative Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I would definitely like to recommend canva to all of my business colleagues and friends because of it's user friendliness and feature packed capabilities. According to my experience it has almost all the photos and video editing tools available along with real time editing features. The free templates helps in creating more premium designs even for new users using it for first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using postermywall before for editing photos and creating new designs but after using Canva for the first time I have been able to do all the editing and designing projects on a same software and access it from any device whenever needed so for me it has been one of the best tool that I have used till now for designing without any drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We design all of our invitation cards and business infographic posters through canva only and it help us in removing the background of the photos and add rest of the characters to the designs so that they could look more better. I have used it's free and paid version and for beginners even the free version is also very useful resourceful.

I use Canva for designing, such as creating PowerPoint presentations, designing templates, and designing CVs or websites. I like Canva's tools because they provide predefined fonts and such, so I don't have to think much, and the design remains complete. I can upload my images, and if there's nothing, I can have Canva create it. Creating PDFs and presentations is also convenient. I also like its setup features, such as creating PPTs on Chrome. Logging in with Google has also been easy.

Canva's quality somewhat decreases for me, and they also ask for money.

While Canva is very useful, there are a few areas where it could be improved, especially from a working teacher’s perspective: Limited advanced customization: For complex layouts or precise formatting, it feels restrictive compared to tools like PowerPoint or Illustrator. Internet dependency: It works best online, so slow or unstable internet can interrupt work. Export limitations: Sometimes the formatting changes slightly when exporting to PPT or PDF. Repetitive templates: Many templates start to feel similar, so originality can be limited. Feature overload: With frequent updates, some useful tools are hard to find and the interface can feel cluttered.

I find Canva saves me time with templates, keeps content consistent, and boosts student engagement. It allows easy access across devices and helps create professional materials effortlessly.

I design and manage all our social media handles and my personal handles via Canva, which is the easiest tool to use and be creative with. The customer support of the team is also super great!
