The interface is very intuitive and the raft of templates and features are hugely beneficial to those who have a creative vision but don't have the skills to execute it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organisation of files can be a bit fiddly and unintuitive.

Allowing for quick and good quality graphic design, saving money and speeding up processes
Effortless Design with Beautiful Results, But Price Could Be Lower
What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like the user interface of Canva. It has a pretty clear-cut design that's easy for any beginner to understand. The drag and drop features along with the integrated library of images are really helpful. I also appreciate the ease of exporting designs as a PDF, video, text, or image format. The initial setup was easy and the instructions were self-explanatory, thanks to the simple UI. Plus, the Google sign on is really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one would be the pricing. Maybe getting down the pricing a little considering how many people are using it. I think it would expand it to a lot more people than what Canva is at currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva minimizes the time to convert my ideas into visual content. Its ease of use and user-friendly design help me express ideas without fuss.
Easy-to-Use, Powerful Design Tool for Creating High-Quality Visuals Fast
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful design features. The drag-and-drop interface makes it straightforward to create professional-looking designs, even if you don’t have prior design experience. It also includes a wide variety of templates, fonts, and design elements, which really helps streamline and speed up the creative process. Overall, it’s a great tool for quickly producing high-quality visuals for social media, presentations, and other types of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Canva is that, although it’s very easy to use, some of the more advanced customization options feel limited compared with professional design software. A number of features and premium templates are locked behind a paid plan, which can be restrictive if you’re using the free version. Also, designs can sometimes end up feeling less unique because so many people start from the same templates. More flexibility overall, along with stronger advanced editing controls, would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the challenge of creating professional-looking designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. It streamlines the whole design process with ready-made templates, intuitive drag-and-drop tools, and a broad range of assets. For me, this means I save time and can quickly create visuals for social media, presentations, and other projects, while still keeping everything polished and consistent.
Fast and Accessible Design with Intuitive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to design social media creatives, presentations, and lightweight marketing assets. I like its drag-and-drop interface and ready-to-use templates that help streamline my design workflows without relying on complex tools. Canva removes the complexity of design by offering ready-made templates and an intuitive editor, making it easy to create professional visuals quickly. I appreciate how Canva is evolving with AI, especially the new AI-powered design assistant and prompt-based editing, which can generate complete designs or campaigns from simple instructions. The AI features in Canva, like prompt-based design generation and Magic Design, help me turn simple ideas into ready-to-use visuals in seconds. I find that Canva reduces manual effort, speeds up iterations, and makes it easier to maintain quality without deep design expertise. What I like most about Canva is its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and vast template library, which make creating professional designs fast and accessible. I also found that the initial setup was straightforward—quick sign-up and the ready-to-use templates made it easy to get started right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is very user-friendly, its advanced customization and precision controls can feel limited compared to professional tools. Also, heavy designs can sometimes slow down performance, especially when working with multiple assets. It would be great if Canva offered more advanced layer controls, finer alignment tools, and better performance optimization for complex designs. Improving export flexibility and version control would also make it more efficient for professional workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to streamline design workflows with its drag-and-drop interface and templates. It removes design complexity, helping me save time, maintain consistency, and create professional visuals quickly using AI features.

The functionality as a whole. You can do anything in there. Create websites, create docs, tailor docs, tailor images, incorporate AI, share docs and images, the list goes on and on.

What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation I've noticed is that customization can sometimes feel restricted campared to more adavanced design tools. If you need very detailed or compex designs , canva may not provide fully flexibility.
Also, some useful elements and templates are locked behind the paid version, which can be a limitation for users on the free plan.

Canva Makes Reels Formatting Easy with Smooth Drag-and-Drop
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to format reels, and it’s easy to work with without having to constantly move things around or tweak every design. I can simply drag and drop elements, and the interface feels very user-friendly. I also like that Canva runs smoothly on low-memory devices, and I’m able to keep multiple Canva tabs open at the same time without issues. That’s especially useful when I’m editing reels for different accounts: I can open several tabs with different formats at once, drag and drop the media into each one, and keep changes consistent across them just by switching between tabs. Overall, it’s very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a few issues that should be improved. For example, if I add a text element to a 1-minute video and then drag and drop a 40-second video, the text element should automatically adjust to match the new video length. Instead, the 40-second video ends up behaving like a 20-minute video because it repeats at the end. The element should auto-adjust so it starts at the 20-second point on the timeline and ends at 40 seconds, but right now it starts at 40 seconds and ends at 60 seconds. This really should be fixed. Also, it was somewhat hard to set up Canva for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to format reels because it’s user-friendly, and I can easily drag and drop elements. It also runs well on low-memory devices and still lets me keep multiple tabs open, which makes it easier to edit the same video for different accounts.
Simple Design Creation with Unlimited Graphics
What do you like best about the product?
Design creation is relatively simple and there are unlimited amounts of graphics to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the photographs are very dated and when working on long-term projects it becomes increasingly difficult to find photographs to work with. When trying to generate images using AI there is no tool allowing a 'reference' image to create images that are similar in style, colors and overall feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know how to use other image software (Adobe) and don't have time to work through the learning curve.
