What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Canva is that many good features, templates, and elements are only available in the paid version. Sometimes when designing, I find something useful but cannot use it unless I upgrade to Canva Pro.
Another downside is that customization is limited compared to professional design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. For advanced editing, precise control, or complex designs, Canva can feel restrictive.

Effortless Design for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva for its ease of use, allowing anyone to create professional designs without needing specialized skills. There are ready-made templates that save time and effort, and the drag-and-drop editing feature makes it easy to quickly make changes without dealing with complexities. The brand kit feature helps keep everything uniform, which I appreciate. It helps me work faster, smarter, and more professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Canva is the limited customization compared to tools like Figma or Adobe. Some templates are overused, so designs can feel generic if not customized. Also, several pro features are behind a paywall, like the brand kit, background remover, and premium assets, which isn't ideal for complex data visuals or highly detailed infographics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to quickly create professional designs without needing graphic design skills. It offers ready-made templates, drag-and-drop editing, and no learning curve, saving me hours compared to PowerPoint or hiring a designer.
