Great easy to use software for design
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is so user friendly, and it makes creating beautiful designs easy for anyone, even those without design experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are paid even if you have a premium membership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to create graphics for social, and quick fliers, entry forms, etc. It's been great because we can choose the size we need and have something mocked up in minutes.
Perfect software and fair pricing
What do you like best about the product?
Beautiful, fun, and easy software. The fonts have a wide variety and there are beautiful photos and illustrations that can be customized for just about any business. I love that I can make a professional looking graphic within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the free version allowed personal fonts to upload with the free version. And, I sometimes have a hard time searching for the free graphics and vectors among all the "paying user only" graphics. I hope at some point them will put them all one spot rather than spread out along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create eye catching, uniformed advertisement and engaging social media posts for my business. The guides built in saves me loads of time, and allows me to personalize any ad campaign rather than being forced to stick to a bland template. The mobile app also is very simple to use when I need to make a quick graphic-- for business or even for personal use!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a simple but effective marketing tool for users of all ages with any budget. Literally thousands of designs already built for you to use, or start with a blank slate. The options are limitless. Even if you opt to pay for a graphic or vector, this pricing is still within reason and with many options with how much you need. I am very impressed with this product.
Beautiful Graphic Creation and Photo Editing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I cannot say enough good things about Canva. For individuals such as myself, who absolutely love photo editing and graphic design but have little experience with it, Canva is the perfect tool to meet your professional design needs (as well as personal, but that's another story). I have used Canva to quickly and beautifully create advertisements, social media fun facts and quotes, and logos, and the possibilities don't end there. Not only is Canva easy to use, it actually makes the design process FUN - meaning that even users who have no design experience whatsoever will not feel intimidated. I also appreciate the modern, user-friendly interface which is lacking in more advanced tools, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, my images are slow to load, which is really only an issue if I am trying to access an old design. I also wish that there were more free elements to use in designs, and that there was an Android application! When a user needs to download something to his or her phone, it becomes very cumbersome without a native application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes graphic design quick and simple for less artistic users who need to be artistic to get their jobs done, and the end process still looks extremely professional, creative, and attractive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely recommend Canva to both professionals who have little design experience but need to make high-quality graphic art content, and more seasoned or creative users who are still looking for a quicker and simpler tool to get basic designs completed. The technical issues I have encountered are slim to none. Even the design elements that have to be purchased are only usually $1 each, if that fits into your budget (I was working on a budget of 0 when I last used this in a work-related capacity).

Downloading images with a transparent background and using many graphic templates is only possible for those with a paid version.

Would be nice to a have a few more format options but this is not a really big issue.

Training documents for clients are all created in Canva. Marketing brochures and all my web graphics for social media.

Try the free version and then see if you need the extra feature of the paid version. Well worth the cost if you do.
Make an awesome Facebook post in 5 minutes!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is great for those who have no knowledge of graphic design, it's incredibly easy to use to create banners for Facebook pages, to make a great photo/design montage and more. It already has the good formats for the banners you want to use, so you know the image will be perfect when it is used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I did dislike was how the document gets saved. There have been times where I've used Canva and was collaborating with others on an assignment and we had issues with our saved changes loading on one another's computer. So if there was one area of improvement it would be syncing saved changes onto the website itself. Aside from that, Canva is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ease of use and variety. 2.There are already made templates for every platform and a lot of templates that suits my requirement are available for free. This helps me save a lot of time. 3. Also, if I want to try something new, the app stimulates my creativity with a lot of options in terms of elements and typography.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at all the templates, copy the things you like from all of them and make a unique version of your images, it's just so simple and easy to do so.

A good solution for basic needs

Canva has a very intuitive way about it. Also, there are plenty of free templates and images to use if you are not in the most creative of moods.

The paid for add-on seem like a bit of a con. especially if you are paying for the platform

Best animation tool
What do you like best about the product?
If you want to develop animation for your project and as a software engineer you are not aware so much of field of animation than go for canva because it has many tools and pre made objects and themes that helps you create your animation swiftly.

If there is an option to import photos from psd format than it would be good,otherwise canva is best.

We use canva to develop project demo animations,work flow and user access flow animations and for that canva serves the purpose and now after my experience all my colleagues have started using canva.

If you are not an experienced animator and want to make some animations or any other canvas based things than go for canva,its online and works swiftly anywhere.Also canva doesn't take any fee for using it for individual usage so it is the best option available in market for animations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the eye-appealing features of the templates, including the typography. I also really appreciate the free templates and how beautiful they are as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free templates because I absolutely love nearly all of the designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am cutting down on time by using the pre-made layout of the templates. I recently designed a flyer for an event and received many compliments on the design.

Play around with it to get to know how the customized options work. Search for free templates for resumes, flyers, posters, business cards, and more. It is truly a fun tool!
