Useful interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to create designs that flow so well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, I really enjoy using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to hire a graphic designer anymore because it is so easy to create our own designs
Quick and easy option for amateur designers
What do you like best about the product?
Canva has really come a long way in the last few years. I love how they’ve expanded their template types. They offer a great selection for blog post graphics, different social media platforms, print, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the templates can be somewhat slow and laggy, which really takes away from the benefit of convenience (what Canva is really selling).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used Canva a few times to create social media and blog post graphics. I also like to get inspiration for templates to design myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you have very minimal design needs, you probably will need to use Canva in conjunction with another tool. I believe, that at least right now, Canva is geared toward amateur designers/small businesses that either don’t need much custom design or don’t have the skills/resources to design things on their own.
Very user-friendly, creates beautiful, professional looking images quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick, great templates to select from. Unique, professional looking images created very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many negatives at all. Always would like more templates to choose from, but there are quite a few to select from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick, unique images. Customizable templates save a lot of time creating assets for social media.
Newsletters Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to use. Canva has drastically improved the newsletter process for me AND people actually read them now! Their preloaded designs are easy to alter and they look great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big complaints other than I feel like the searching/filtering functionalities could be better. I wish there was a category feature to it where you could sort through designs and templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time and the end result ends turns out great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much playing around as you can - things get easier once you get familiar with it and learn where things are located with the platform.
Great product for creating graphics
What do you like best about the product?
We create a lot of menus specific for events. Canva makes it extremely easy for us to have unique graphics for each event.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for the mobile app to do as much as the desktop site. I am on the go a lot and need to access and edit graphics while on the road.

We are able to create graphic designs that are professional and unique.

Canva is super easy for adding text to photos and creating images that are stunning to help with our social media interaction

How Do I Live Without Canva?
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Canva is to use and that it's right there in my browser in seconds with a ton of things I can make in matter of a few minutes. It has everything from stock images to clip art illustrations to take my designs to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I used the free version of Canva for 3 years and just recently upgraded to using Canva for business with no regrets. I used to think how dumb it would be to pay for Canva with all the things I could do with the free version until I took them up on their trial offer. Once the trial was over, I could live without features like all the additional free images, transparent PNGs, and resize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to create professional and colorful graphics with a few mouse clicks. It breathes new life into my blog as well as my social media. I've even used it to complete similar work for my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a drag and drop design solution that you or your team can learn in a day, Canva is that solution. There's nothing to download except your designs.
Good tool (if you learn how to use it)
What do you like best about the product?
It's a free tool and very powerful if you know how to use it. The free design courses they provide are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve. Some things seem like they should be intuitive but aren't (at least to me). I haven't taken the time to learn what I need to. I admit that I've gotten frustrated many times with Canva and went over to PicMonkey.
I always seem to have issues with sizing pictures. I guess I'm so used to PicMonkey that I expect it to work the same way. I really need to watch some tutorials about that because it's been very frustrating. BUT... I never do because I just want to go in and out and make a quick graphic. That's what I've been able to do with PicMonkey but I know Canva does more and I want to be able to use it. I'm sure I'll get better... perhaps the frustration will get strong enough for me to take the time to learn more.

Go through the design courses they provide that teach you about good design and how to use the software. There are lots of things in Canva that you might miss without that.
I use Canva for almost everything.

I love the ability that I can create so many items such as graphic for my Youtube channel as well as ebooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes that I can think of at the moment in time.

I am a graphic designer, Youtuber, and Blogger. With all of these mediums, I am able to use Canva to help me create icons, graphics and digital artwork and quotes that I can use in all aspects of my business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that Canva is a great website because you can create all kinds of projects. I have created items such as Youtube thumbnail, a newsletter for my email list and some graphic design items. I've even arranged photographs in collages for different projects I've worked on.
Easiest and best system to use for creating anything!
What do you like best about the product?
I love pretty much everything! It's so easy to use and easy to share. I love the templates and images, it makes creating materials so easy! I haven't found another system that is as easy as canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something it would be that I wish there were more free photos. But really there are so many free ones that it's usually very easy to find materials for inspiration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Graphics for social media and other marketing materials is usually what I use canva for. Also, I use them internally to create employee certificates and awards. It's so easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upgrading to enterprise is well worth the money!
