User-Friendly and Inspiring, but Lacks Professional Depth
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva is really easy to use. It's very friendly and not like a really expensive tool. I appreciate the inspiration from the templates and different assets, which help in creating content easily and more effectively. The team option is great because it allows interaction with collaborators, making it an important and relevant tool for me. I also appreciate how easy it is to set up Canva, as you don't have to do much more than establish your colors and upload your multimedia assets, which makes creating content straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can improve their team's options. It could be a bit better with different resources and AI integrations. I also think having an option for team members to pay individually would be interesting. It happened before that I had to work with freelancers, and we divided the team account costs, which is not very smooth to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to create content for social media and personal projects easily and more effectively. It helps me quickly turn ideas into visuals and get inspired through templates and different assets.
Efficient Design with Some Premium Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva's icons and their ready-made templates. I appreciate that all the icons are available to me, and I just have to type the word in the search box to find what I need. For example, when searching for my LinkedIn banner, I typed 'laptop with coffee,' and I got the exact visual I was looking for. The initial setup of Canva was very easy, with just a Google sign-in. I like that you can specify what you want to create, like business templates or posters, and then choose from ready-made ones to edit, save, or download.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the premium feature. Almost all the icons now are paid ones, templates available are also. I have kinda stopped using now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva saves me time on manual photo editing and offers easy access to icons and ready-made templates. It's simple to find exactly what I need by typing in a search.

I think the main homepage feels a bit messy overall and could really benefit from a redesign to make it clearer and more organized.

I like Canva's simplicity, definitely. I value the design feature because it's simple and gives me access to a large group of symbols, icons, and patterns for ideas. For my team, Canva made it easier to create presentations without losing focus on the design and templates. It provides everything on the table to utilize and not think too much about menial tasks. The initial setup of Canva was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not as user friendly during the presentation editing or creating, like, when I'm clicking on a page, trying to adjust objects that should go behind or in front of some, let's say, not as simple and as user friendly as it could be, especially for laptop users that only use trackpad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva inspires my presentation design, simplifying the process between creation and visualization. For my team, it eases presentation creation without focusing on design details, freeing us from menial tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva has many oportunities to create projects. It is the most amazing app, because it allows you to use other creators templates, you can create a web site on your own and the best part is that you can get free templates for evrything. This app is easy to use, you can do your projects without any help. I use it every day, because of my work projects.

Canva is really helpful tool for me especially in my work place. Because I am working in a government sector, I need to make presentation slides and photo editing a lot. Since I started using Canva, I am saving a lot of time to make presentations because Canva offers lots of colorful and beautiful ppt template designs.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, you don't need to be a designer to create something that looks professional. I work with companies that are afraid of technology, and Canva is my ally because it democratizes design. You enter, choose a template, customize it in 5 minutes, and that's it. This frees up valuable time for your teams to focus on things that really matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes generates dependency on the template. Some companies become comfortable using only pre-made designs and miss the opportunity to create their own visual identity. Ideally, it should be used as an ally to accelerate, but always keeping your brand different. Technology should empower you, not limit you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, it saves me a lot of time. Before, I had to wait for a designer to make each image for social media, or learn from scratch. Now I go in, look for a template I like, change colors and text in 5 minutes, and that's it. What benefits me the most is that I can produce content quickly without depending on anyone.
