Impressive AI Tools That Elevate the Editing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer speed of Canvas Pro (Canva Pro) is its biggest selling point. I can go from a blank page to a professional-grade social media graphic or presentation in minutes thanks to the massive premium template library. The Magic Resize tool is a lifesaver—it lets me turn one Instagram post into a LinkedIn banner and a story with a single click, saving me hours of manual tweaking
What do you dislike about the product?
While the AI tools are impressive, the "Magic Edit" can sometimes be hit-or-miss with complex backgrounds. Additionally, the mobile app, while functional, feels a bit cramped compared to the desktop experience, making detailed layering a challenge on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has completely eliminated our need to outsource simple design tasks. By using the Brand Kit, I ensure our logos, fonts, and colors are consistent across every department without needing a full-time designer. It’s a huge cost-saver that empowers my whole team to stay "on-brand."
Beginner-Friendly Design with Impressive Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for graphic designing as a beginner, and I've made many logos and banners using it. The beginner-friendly interface of Canva is really impressive, which is not the same in other software, and that's the problem Canva solved for me. I also love the collection of various customizable templates for everything from social media posts and presentations to resumes, cover photos, and invitations. The user-friendly design process allows for seamless customization, making it simple to add elements, images, and texts. The initial setup was easy and not too hard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is a web-based tool, so a stable internet connection is required to access and work on designs, limiting use in offline situations. You can enhance offline editing and more advanced customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for graphic design as a beginner, creating logos and banners. Canva's beginner-friendly interface solves complex software issues, and its customizable template collection supports diverse designs. The user-friendly design process simplifies adding elements, images, and text.
Easy-to-Use Canva Templates for Quick Thumbnails and Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use, especially for non-designers and beginners. With its huge library of templates, graphics, icons, and fonts, I can quickly create and edit YouTube thumbnails and profile photos without much effort. I’ve also made PPTs in Canva using the ready-made presentation templates, which keeps the workflow straightforward and makes the whole process much simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the premium templates, elements, and features are locked behind a paid plan, and it’s also not the best option for highly complex designs or projects that require print-level precision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes designing easy, and the drag-and-drop tools save time. I can quickly collaborate and share designs or PPTs with my team. Teammates can edit and provide feedback in real time, which keeps everything moving smoothly.
So Fun and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is so fun and easy to use, I could spend all day on it
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can’t spend all day on it? Ha ha all jokes aside, I wish some of the items I could use on graphics didn’t need to be paid for. Some seem worth it, others don’t.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva has been our solution of making graphics for social media for our company
The perfect app for people who are not designers by trade
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is really easy to use, especially if you’re not a trained graphic designer. Between the pre-designed templates and the cool AI features, it feels like this app has everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about Canva. Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva really solves the problem for non-designers. I’m not a trained graphic designer, yet I can still create beautiful designs with it. It’s much easier to use and more user-friendly than Illustrator, which makes the whole design process feel far more approachable.

I use Canva for all of my design needs, from social media graphics to digital product creation. It provides an easy and affordable solution for my design needs. I like that it's versatile, has a ton of features, and is pocket friendly! I appreciate the options to resize all of my graphics automatically, the magic erase feature, a text grab feature, and so many templates. The initial setup is super simple and it's pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints but it would be nice to see a text masking feature so you can turn your text into anything you want - floral, shiny gold etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva for all my design needs. It provides an easy and affordable solution with features like automatic resizing, magic erase, text grab, and numerous templates. Its versatility and cost-effectiveness are valuable for creating social media graphics and digital products.
Canva Makes Reusable Team Templates Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great tool for non-designers who need to create simple, creative materials quickly. I mostly use it to build custom templates that my team can reuse for recurring tasks—things like website banners, email headers, and presentation layouts.
It’s a big time-saver: once I’ve set up the structure, everyone else can simply swap in new text or images without needing me to step in and do it for them.
It’s a big time-saver: once I’ve set up the structure, everyone else can simply swap in new text or images without needing me to step in and do it for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real frustration is the custom canvas editing. When I’m building these templates from scratch, the manual editing tools feel a bit limited. It’s hard to get things pixel-perfect, and the layer management could be much better. If they improved the "from-scratch" editing capabilities, it would be the perfect workflow tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of design bottlenecks by allowing me to scale creative production across my team. Instead of spending my time on repetitive, small tasks, I can build structured templates for things like website banners, newsletters, and reports that non-designers can easily update themselves. This benefits me by freeing up my schedule for high-level work in Photoshop and Figma, while ensuring our brand stays consistent. However, a "Pro Mode" with better custom editing and industry-standard shortcuts would solve the current frustration of switching between professional tools and Canva’s more limited canvas.
