Versatile and User-Friendly, But Video Edits Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
I find Canva extremely easy to use, and its templates are a great jumping-off point for creating content. When I'm working on a bunch of projects in succession, the templates allow me to change things up and keep my work fresh. I'm also able to accomplish many of my tasks much faster than if I were trying to create this content on my own, and it always looks great. The platform solves the problem of not having an in-house graphic designer and allows many members of our team to collaborate effectively. The initial setup was extremely easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video editing takes a lot of getting used to and doesn't always create the highest quality videos. Often the preview of the edits doesn't show in the final result. It's a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of not having an in-house designer and allows team collaboration. Its ease of use and templates are great for creating varied content, speeding up my tasks, and ensuring the content looks great.
User-Friendly Graphic Design with a Few Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva because it's easy to use and is very well-priced. It allows me to remove backgrounds very easily, and there's kind of an AI aspect to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that I think Canva should have, like changing the colors of some images, which seems basic but isn't available. Also, how images are filed can feel a bit clunky as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva as an easy-to-use alternative for resizing images and general graphic design, which is great since I don't know how to use complex software like Photoshop or InDesign.

I can easily make my own posters, even as a beginner.

Sometimes the colours don’t come out accurately when I print.

I don’t have to pay so much money for a simple task when I can just do it myself.

It's not much of a dislike, but rarely, the app becomes unavailable, so it becomes an unproductive workday for me and a bit of a hassle.

Canva makes it easy for me to make my visual design ideas happen. It has a lot of pre-designed templates too, which makes me save more time as a marketer.

You can generate posts for instagram and facebook easily,also a resume,or anything you lots of options are there

The pricing feels a bit high. If the price were lower, I’d be able to create even more.
