Use Canva to create graphics for professional organization
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to understand and use than complex systems like Photoshop and InDesign.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy. Sometimes it is difficult to move things around and it doesn't center well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly can produce graphics that look good and convey the proper message for the client.

Search feature could be fleshed out, it finds many non-relevant results.

I mostly use it in the clubs I sponsor to attract more members (e.g. posters) and to communicate events (e.g. social media posts).

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers a lot of great guidance in terms of templates/examples and suggestions. Very easy to use, even if you aren't very tech-savvy. The software offers a lot of stock photos, fonts, and colors to choose from - and sometimes, you can even filter through the different categories to ensure that you're creating content that actually matches the target audience you are trying to market towards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when you're saving larger items/files, the platform does crash...not too sure why it does that...so you have to make sure that you are saving copies of your work occasionally - I would also suggest saving your work in PDF format to avoid this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is great if you are trying to create marketing pieces with a team, as your team can work on it simultaneously as you, any time and any where. As a result, this is a lot more time-efficient and convenient for everyone, and allows the company as a whole to meet tight deadlines for deliverable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Canva is a really great platform to leverage the work of other designers (through the free templates already offered). This is very helpful when you are lost on how to go about or start a specific design project. Additionally, Canva offers a lot of choices, which gives the user full customization options to freely create, modify and publish different forms of mediums.

Lots of templates and options to choose from, which is helpful when you're completely lost as to how to start a new project.

More advanced functions of this software come at a cost (meaning you have to pay extra).

Canva offers a lot of customization for users. Great user experience. The software also acts as a cloud storage platform.

I love how canva gives me new ideas and templates to create gorgeous graphics I otherwise would not be able to do.

Not being able to use multiple fonts in text, billeted lists or line items

Not good at design or have an eye for it. Canva makes it styled and easy.

The designs are nice. You find your style and you don't haver to eorry about sizes, canva prepares everything for you.

The way they organise the posts, creativities. And not being able to manage a big account shared with different uses. I need to move every image and i need categories. And maybe to add a responsible to each design.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is my passion. I love being able to use different templates, colors, backgrounds, grids, outlines, fonts and more to convey the message I am working to distribute. My favorite part of Canva is the ability to save all of your previous work on the account, as well as the wide variety of font options you are givenl I absolutely love using Canva as opposed to other creative websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Cavna is when you are an unpaid member, there are quite a few limitations as to what you can use. While I think it is worth every penny to pay for the subscription, I think there should be fewer restrictions on the free account. I also dislike the fact that you cannot save the image as anything other than the few options given. I would like to have more options to save the graphics I create as other files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva to design graphics for freelance clients, make invitations, design blog title cards, as well as other personal uses such as lockscreens and social media posts. The benefits I have discovered are unmatched with other digital design websites or applications, and I enjoy being able to have too many different tools at my dispose. I also love the fact that I can upload my own images to add to the graphics I make.
