Easy to use effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
Canvas helps give the creative edge to someone who is not technically blessed to bring out their creativity. Canva helps anyone execute their ideas into visual material.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be fair, canvas can expand their library for more templates, images etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canvas is an aid to help me express ideas and concepts with ease

Canva-easy to use and very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a very easy software to use. It helps even an amateur to make professional designs that are very attractive and top class. It has a lot of free templates which makes design making better and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very much reliable for making very large and bigger designs for larger organisations. It is more efficient when using it for a little or small team design projects and individual designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is very easy in making flyers,postcards,complimentary cards,adverts and lots more. It's very useful and reliable when making such designs.

Very reliable and easy to use. It is also cheap to afford too. The designs are professional and creative.

I love the simplicity of Canva. All of the different sizes make creating graphics a walk in the park.

I wish that their were more free options, but understand that they need to make money.

Great for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, plenty of supportive templates to work off of. I learnt plenty of design tips from using Canva and it's definitely easier to use for beginners than conventional tools like Photoshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features one would expect from basic requirements, such as resizing an overall image or having a transparent background, require a premium subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was more or less trained on Canva, and by self-training myself more I realised a lot of potential for design work using this tool; just because of how easy it is to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Experiment using iconfinder.com; although Canva has a lot of stuff to use it's so much easier personalising visual content using third party icons.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't express how much I love Canva. I run a very small publishing/communications/branding firm and use Canva all the time. For someone like me, who has limited graphic design skills, Canva is a godsend. It's such an easy portal to use. Creating great graphics without purchasing or learning how to use Photoshop is extremely easy. Downloading your files in multiple formats (i.e. .png) is a snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time it gets a little "glitchy". While it doesn't happen often, there are times when you can't download your files. Also, alignment can be an issue as well. It might be caused during high traffic periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've created book covers, web graphics, POP surveys, graphs, social media graphics etc. I don't know how to use Photoshop (nor do I own it) and Canva allows me to create graphics easily and quickly. I've been using the free version, so, the cost is zero.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to mess around Canva. While the learning curve is pretty easy, there is some acclimation that is needed.

It is a wonderful application for making various types of layouts, but this application you can use only if you have the internet, without the internet, you can't access this application.

Without doubt, Canva is the foremost online graphic design designing program, even while an expert in Photoshop, I still find me personally doing work on Canva for convenient and straightforward layouts, the ease to use program blows my mind on a regular basis. I'm able to produce various types of designs within just a few minutes.

It is extremely simple and user friendly. Great if you have no design experience and need to create a quick, simple graphic.

It’s so simple, there isn’t a lot of flexibility in design options.

We used it for almost a year to create simple coupons and social media graphics. We recently stopped paying for the premium because we are now using Photoshop, so we use it less than before.
Great for non-designers like me!
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is cheap and incredibly easy to use. I've used it both solo and also in the team feature, always for work purposes. I am by no means a designer. In fact, I'm terrible at it. But you don't always have a designer in-house or easily accessible to do quick projects. Canva is 100% my go-to for making email banners, social post images and quick graphics that look good and can work for B2B marketing. This product makes me look so much better as a marketers. A must-have for small teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the download for print is questionable. I've had some just turn out so grainy. We wanted to use them for our holiday cards and sent the file to a professional printer but it wasn't useable. If you have a ton of print stuff to do, you might not get exactly what you are looking for. Stick to their templates and less of your own uploads for best results there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves so much time. Rather than using our designer on retainer for silly small projects that we just need to get DONE, we can quickly turn them around ourselves, without a professional designer.
A non-designer's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
As an office of one, working smarter is always the goal. With Canva, I am able to easily create attractive graphics for all of our needs in a short amount of time. Whether the project is simple or more complex, I am able to find layouts, graphics, and designs that make me look like a trained graphic designer. It's been a great addition to my work tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphic options are a bit limiting, in terms of sizing it to your specifications. If you aren't a paid subscription customer, I think all of your options are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to create graphics for social media, print, the web, and newsletters. I can do all of that with Canva, in addition to the ability to share it with a team and collaborate on a project in real time.
