Great for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the website, all of the available templates, the customization options, the vibrant colors, being able to tailor it to University branding rules
What do you dislike about the product?
because its free there is a limit availability for certain tools and designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating flyers and calendars for events for the department that can be posted in the office and use on our social media platforms

Being able to create professional looking flyers in the fly and other cute invitations has been Huge benefit to my business.

Play around with it to figure out all of the features!
There is no competition to Canva
What do you like best about the product?
They have template for making any creatives. The assets available on Canva are very unique and irreplaceable. The tool is so simple to use that anyone can start creating their own creatives. They have also integrated with my photos and videos library and thus improving overall quality of the output. Cross-device integration is just effortless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of. One small suggestion would be to add more India centric image/video library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our social media creatives are designed only on Canva.

Please do not look at any other tools. This is your one-stop solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva gives easy free or cheap access to incredible design tools, templates and objects. It is easy enough for a completely unexperienced designer to use, but intricate enough to do the job for someone with experience. The interface is easily navigable, the templates are clearly labeled, and stuff looks good! Printing and having it shipped from Canva could not be easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is an intricate tool that I want to use, but is unavailable in Canva - text wrap, making certain objects thinner, seeing what I am designing on a spread. Usually these things have work arounds, but can be frustrating in the moment that I need to do something (text wrap) quickly. There are some functions that are possible, but the work arounds are extremely difficult to find, or only available sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a non profit where I am the only semi "experienced" designer, and without the budget to pay anyone else for it. Canva makes it possible for not only me to create good looking materials, but for other staff members to create their own things.

Would like to have more free contents while most of the nice features are prime, but I can understand why

I use it mainly for social media communication and campaigns and it takes me only few minutes

Very user friendly. Offers a lot of features, including drag-and-drop design creation, quality photographs and illustrations, layouts, and fonts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best graphics come at a cost. Also, use form the phone screen is a little cumbersome.

I like that I can create for projects that can be printed, downloaded or shared on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an incredibly tool allowing anyone on our team to be a simplified graphic-designer. There are preset templates that help your creativity and amazing user friendly drag-and-drop format. You dont have to pay for an additional photo sourcing service. You can easily use the app or make edits to existing designs on your desktop, laptop, or even mobile device!!
What do you dislike about the product?
the layers are sometimes confusing- it would be helpful to see them on the side (similar to photoshop so you know which one you're editing. There are still some elements that are difficult to completely customize... wish there were guide lines and the ability to make edits to text elements (i.e. add a drop shadow, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need to use a graphic designer for simple tasks such as flyers, email banners, ads, or social posts. It still allows us to use our brand fonts, colors, and logo, and completely customize our content. It is quick, easy, and cost effective!!

It is easy to use, cheap and offers a wide choice of beautiful layouts

It is not easy to search layouts (for themes, subject, etc.)
