What do you like best about the product?
I like the options and the ease of use it presents.

The problems canva is solving is allowing a more professional look that I might otherwise have to pay lots of funds for.
Fast Edits, Easy Interface, but Video Editor Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like Canva for its easy interface and easy export options. Plus, a lot of stuff is free. When I need to adjust size or add a transparent background, I can just drag it in, and it works fast. Setting up Canva was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the video editor is still in a beginner phase. It could be improved way much to work more reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Canva offers fast and easy editing for all my photos and videos. It has an easy interface, easy export, and many free features, making quick adjustments like size changes and adding transparent backgrounds simple.

Canva solves the problem of creating designs without technical knowledge or expensive software. It helps me save time by providing ready-made layouts, so I don’t have to start from scratch every time. What I like most about Canva is how simple and organized everything feels. The templates give a good starting point, and editing is very smooth. It makes designing less stressful and more efficient. I also like how flexible the templates are. Even after choosing a template, I can easily change colors, fonts, and images to match my needs. The editing tools are smooth and don’t feel complicated, which makes the whole process quick and comfortable. The setup was very simple. I signed up and was able to start designing immediately without any complicated process.

One thing I dislike is that some useful templates and design elements are locked behind the paid plan, which can feel limiting when working on more creative projects. Also, when editing more detailed designs, the editor can occasionally slow down, especially on mobile devices. These issues are not major, but improving performance and offering a few more free features would make the experience better.

The stock images available on Canva are a bit lacking. I wish there was a larger assortment of images to choose from. It would be great if I could search from a larger assortment of images, so I wouldn't have to pull images from the web or do Google searches and then upload them to Canva.

I appreciate the variety of templates Canva offers, making it an excellent design app and arguably one of the most useful tools a small business can have. It lets me create a large range of assets, including adverts, infographics, video, and even websites. The AI-powered Magic Studio feature opens up a large number of creative avenues. Designing visual materials without needing extensive graphic design experience is a significant benefit. I find Canva tools, templates, print materials features, and AI-powered tools like background removing, image generating, and social media post creation particularly useful. Designing posters is made easy through the huge template options and great tools. Canva is very easy to use, like plug and play, and you don't need any graphic skills to use it. I highly recommend this, rating it an 8.5.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the AI-generated text in Canva to be highly hallucinogenic, which made me stop using the program for more professional infographic creation. Also, I feel that photo editing could be improvised.

How fast I'm able to produce marketing flyers and they pretty much have every tool you could think of that makes your creativity happen.

The predefined templates are really handy for creating whatever I need, especially in urgent situations. The template section is huge, so I can easily find something that matches my vibe or requirements at that moment. I also value the video editing feature the most because it helps a lot when I have to edit my projects. Setting up Canva was truly easy since all I needed to do was pick a template and upload what I wanted.
