What do you like best about the product?
The best part of canva, you can use it for free. Of course there are many paid images and icons, you can use but these are also great way to start a marketing and design plan for small businesses. I am using premium version and the UX part is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the drag and drop feature and copy part will be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps you create great designs with the help of the pre build templates.

I strongly recommend it.

Sometimes this software does not allow us to edit images, and it would help if Indian templates were used

Excellent graphic design resource for the non-designer
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use with features from easy sizing to drag and drop pictures to templates that cover many styles and business needs. The ease of use makes it practical for the non-designer to quickly adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited photo editing options are a big downside and the reason I still need photoshop. I wish there were more options for changing the exposure and contract etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For many in my department who are not designers we can replace more expensive adobe products and still stay on brand. The brand toolkit is especially helpful with our company colors, sized logos as shared files.

Flie sharing and the brand tool kit are helpful for teams sharing resources.
The most user friendly design tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that canva is an easy to use platform that inspires people who are not designers to step into a graphic designer's shoes and be creative with what they design. Everyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When designing some pieces and transferring from word to canva with copy and paste the text does not translate correct there are random spaces dispersed which would be great if those were fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Free tool that is easy for everyone to use. Helps us with promotion and to make everything look well branded.
Canva is really good for folks starting out newly
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about canva is that it turns every single person in to its own kind of an authentic artist. Every one in canva can become what ever kind of artist they want to be. It is just a simple pick and drop and it definitely provides a blank canvas to splurge on one own's creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of genres and industry i the templates and art work like graphics which are not covered in the enterprise version also. I would like for the artist teams of canva to update those as soon as they can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using canva to design and create the enterprise documents and we are very much satisfied with the out come of it. We have seen that as we can not afford a graphic designing team to own team people can easily do a couple of switches in canva and represent a beautiful piece of information let it be case study, whitepaper or even a banner for the blogs on the website. We also are using canva for its photo editing capabilities which are very much top of the world. We use it to create a different kinds of marketing campaigns. Designing and creating mockups, collaborating across teams is just quite seamless which makes it one of the most important and the best feature. I love canva it has made my life definitely easier.

They have good designs for a varity of web site and social media platforms. Also, the site allows design to be edited.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva business practices is not to offer beautiful designs for your social media only but also take your money unfairly in the process. They place items in their website that are not available even for pro members unless you pay for it. That sounds normal right? Well the trick is that they don't ask users before downloading those items if they agree to pay. Instead, Cava put a very small letter in the download button that states paid and download. Overall Canvas site is quite misleading they only want to steal people's money.

Easy for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and amount of templates/styles to go off of! I am not creative at all. I'm self taught on Canva and it makes me look like a pro on our social media accounts!
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not much Ive found that I don't like so far. This may be me but understanding how to do it, but being able to rename a file when using a template before downloading it would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only issue I have at times is finding a file I created previously in the hundreds of files that we have. Thats where renaming the files would be huge. The benefits have taken our social media content to the next level.

If you need a simple, affordable solution to help with design, this is it! So easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The price and the features are amazing. For $12.95 a month, I get lots of access to great features the website has to offer. Whether you have a website, are involved in marketing, or need to use their features for school, the possibilities are endless. I love Canva, and you can do just about anything with what they have to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no proofreaders when you create and send your creations to the printer. However, I do understand that it can be difficult with the amount of orders they may have. Make sure you proofread your designs; make sure there are no mistakes because they will be printed that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the perfect place to create my own designs for my print-on-demand stores. The possibilities are endless. Any design you want to creat, Canva can help you do it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They do have a free version; however, for only $12.95 a month, you have access to so much more. It is worth it. I highly recommend going for the paid subscription.
User Friendly Design Resource
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this program is very intuitive and easy to use for the everyday consumer while still offering more advanced features and tools for professionals. This is the best design software of its kind that I have found, definitely leading in this industry as an app as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't as many advanced functions as I would prefer as a professional designer. Moving elements within a template is not as seemless as I would like, and not all of the expected keyboard shortcuts are accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are bridging the gap between industry professionals and their teammates. By utilizing templates and uploading brand elements, Canva makes it easier to empower a team.
You can't beat it for collaboration and stunning designs
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to add your own brand colors, fonts, and logos. You can't beat it for beautiful designs and quick social media graphics. Even if you have years of experience, it's a huge time saver to go and search their design options. We created separate folders so everything is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you create something you can't resize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You make changes you can then alert a team member so emailing a file back and forth is not necessary.
