Easy Customization, But Needs More Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva is easy to use and fairly user intuitive. There’s a lot of information available, which means that if I need help, I can usually refer to outside help. I also like the drag and drop feature and how easy it is to customize designs. The fact that it's web-based makes it very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean, I think that it is more so a matter of user ability. I suppose if there was, like, integration with an LLM, that would make Canva easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easier to create illustrations or visual displays that are pretty and customizable, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of presentations or promotional items.

Fast, Smooth, Cost-Effective Design Tool with Awesome UI/UX and AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is very helpful for creating presentations, posters, and other designs. The UI/UX is super awesome, and it works very well with background remover integrations. Overall, it feels fast, smooth, and reliable to use. The price is very cost-effective compared to others, and the support system is quick and smooth as well. Its AI presentation creation and text generation features are super cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
While working on a presentation in Canva, it shows a much smaller working area compared with MS PowerPoint, where the page view is wider. Because of this, it sometimes feels difficult to create PPTs in such a small workspace, even though the PPT page size is the same as the MS PowerPoint page size after downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves most of my editing work and helps me create posters or PPTs in minutes, things that would take much longer in other apps like Figma, Photoshop, etc.
Helps us to Turn Ideas into Clear Visuals Without Spending Too Much Time
What do you like best about the product?
In my day-to-day work, I usually turn to Canva when I need to create quick visuals, simple presentations, or supporting content for discussions. What I genuinely like is how it lets me focus more on the content rather than worrying about design complexity. For example, when I need to explain a concept or share an idea with my team, I can quickly arrange text, visuals, and layouts in a way that looks clear and presentable without starting from scratch.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that it reduces the effort required to make something look organized. Even if I’m working under time pressure, I can still create materials that are structured and easy to understand. This has been especially useful during internal discussions where visual clarity matters more than detailed design work. Overall, it fits well into my workflow because it saves time while still helping me communicate ideas effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva works well for most of my regular needs, I have felt that it can be slightly limiting when trying to make very specific adjustments. For example, when I want to fine-tune alignment or maintain exact consistency across multiple pages, it sometimes takes extra effort to get everything perfectly placed. It’s not a major issue, but it becomes noticeable when working on slightly more detailed content.
Also, since it offers many templates and elements, it can take a bit of time initially to choose the right structure instead of directly starting the work. Once familiar, it becomes easier, but for new users, this might feel slightly overwhelming at first.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started using Canva, creating even basic visuals or presentation materials required more time and sometimes support from others who were more comfortable with design tools. This often slowed down communication, especially when I needed to explain something quickly during ongoing work.
With Canva, I can independently create and share visuals without waiting or overcomplicating the process. In my daily workflow, this has helped me present ideas more clearly, reduce repeated explanations, and make discussions more focused. It also helps when working with team members who understand things better visually, as I can show rather than just describe.

Empowers Non-Designers with Vast Asset Library
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Canva's asset bank is huge and really useful. The animations my team has started using are something they're raving about. Also, the setup of Canva was super easy with no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search facility is absolutely awful. I can't believe that a company that big has such poor search. You'd think it could look for words in the images, in the file names. It seems to have very rudimentary search, which often leaves me aghast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have an in-house designer, so Canva enables our team to quickly and efficiently create graphics.

I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, thanks to its user-friendly design. Canva's ability to facilitate collaboration with team members, provide a professional look, and encourage creativity makes it an invaluable tool for me.

Professional-Quality Designs in Minutes with Canva
What do you like best about the product?
Canva is my favorite because it makes professional design feel like an easy shortcut. With ready-made templates, intuitive AI tools, and a huge asset library, it lets anyone create high-quality visuals for social media or work in just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva’s limitations include the lack of more advanced, professional tools such as vector drawing and complex layering options. It also depends heavily on a stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva eliminates the “complexity gap” by replacing many professional design hurdles with an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface. It also takes away the frustration of starting from scratch thanks to its massive template libraries, and its automated AI tools handle tedious tasks-like resizing or background removal-quickly and seamlessly.
Easy to Use All-in-One Tool with a Huge Template Library
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, has a huge template library, and works well as an all-in-one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced device control feels limited, and a lot of the features are locked behind paid options. Customization is also fairly restricted, so it’s hard to tailor things the way I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time-consuming design work? The solution here is the pre-built templates, one-click resizing, and the AI tools.
Accessibility is another plus since I can work from anywhere. The solution is a cloud-based platform that works in the browser and on mobile.

It has many ready-made templates, so you just need to edit the text and images. This saves a lot of time. The free version is already very useful, but the paid version gives more designs and features.
