Many people use the same templates, especially in the free tier — which can make designs feel generic or repetitive unless heavily customized.
2. Internet Required (Mostly)
While there’s an offline mode in the desktop app, it’s limited. The web version needs a stable internet connection for full functionality.

Canva has pre-defined design template to create creative flyer. presentation, invitation cards and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can't create video without bookmark in Canva video editor for free version also there is some limitation we are not able to change in some of the design those are pre-defined in template or if its changeable, it's very difficult.

The way of editing is so cool and the template of Cards.

Most of the awesome cards are paid and that hits me.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Canva is how beginner-friendly it is. The templates and tools make it easy to create professional-looking designs without needing any design skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Canva is very easy to use, some features are limited unless you upgrade to the Pro version. For example, certain templates, elements, and tools (like background remover) are locked behind a paywall. Also, it can be hard to do very detailed or complex designs compared to professional software like Adobe Illustrator. Sometimes, the search tool for elements or photos doesn’t always show what I need right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of needing design skills or expensive software to create good-looking content. I don’t need to hire a designer or learn complicated programs. I can create posters, social media posts, slides, and resumes all by myself. It saves me time, money, and effort, especially when I need something quickly and professionally done.
