User-Friendly with Room for Mobile Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for making designs, templates, invitation cards and much more. First of all, it saves me a lot of time because it is so easy to use and there are so many options or templates available. I like the options to design something. I enjoy working on Canva because I like the tool system of Canva. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okay so sometimes in the mobile version it does not work well. Dragging, resizing, and aligning elements on mobile feels like a big task. It is very easy to misplace the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva saves me a lot of time with its ease of use and wide range of templates and options.

The simple and drag and drop feature. Seamless to use and very powerful tool for person with no design knowledge can work with canva

It can provide more free elements however good features

Creating 100s of ads for meta at a same time. Requires not more than 3 hours to build

What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Canva is that many of its most useful features and templates are only available in the paid version. Also, some customization options can feel a bit limited, particularly when you compare it with more advanced design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps simplify the design process, which can otherwise feel time-consuming and difficult. It provides ready-made templates along with intuitive, easy-to-use tools, so it’s convenient to create polished visuals without much effort. For me, it improves efficiency and makes it easier to complete design-related tasks without needing advanced skills or additional resources.
Clean, Bright UI and Fast Performance
What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean, bright user interface, and it’s fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the recent updates and added features, it tends to lag at times, and I sometimes have to reload the page. That can take extra time and delay things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It includes many of the same tools as Adobe (and they keep adding more), but at a much more affordable cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI features for searching and recommending designs and templates. The editing tools are very intuitive and easy to use, and I feel like I can create almost anything—flyers, cards, social media content, videos, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss being able to stretch an image. Canva makes you keep the original proportions, and I can’t adjust the dimensions the way I can in Publisher. There are times when I really need to do that, and what should be a quick fix ends up taking me longer because I have to find a workaround in Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva really helps boost my creativity, both by recommending ideas and by helping me bring my own ideas to life.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for editing YouTube video thumbnails, banners, and sometimes logos. I really like Canva's online photo editing feature because it lets me edit and make posters and images without needing to download any software. This is super helpful as it saves me space and provides the fast picture editing I need for my YouTube channel. The initial setup of Canva was also very easy.

More intuitive user experience needed for font styles setting and it is hard to find it.

While the platform is incredibly intuitive, the mobile application can sometimes feel slightly clunky when managing complex layers. Additionally, certain premium elements and advanced export features are locked behind a subscription, which might be a barrier for some smaller teams.

Easy, Efficient, But Lacks Bulk Image Features.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva to remove backgrounds and create images in PNG format, which saves me a lot of time. The clean appearance of images I get from Canva is something I really like because it makes the product look clear, professional, and easy to understand. This is particularly important in my work with product listings, as clean images help showcase the products correctly and make them more attractive to customers. The initial setup of Canva was very easy and quick, and I could start right away because it's simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to clean bulk images at once. It would be much better if Canva could support bulk image cleaning features, like removing backgrounds or adjusting brightness on multiple images in one go. That kind of bulk editing capability would make the process much faster and more efficient, especially when handling a large volume of product images.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for creating YouTube thumbnails, and I appreciate the wide range of options available for my thumbnail creation ideas. I find it very convenient to use the drag-and-drop feature with various tools. The pro version, which I use, is particularly helpful as it is packed with AI search capabilities. I can provide a prompt about the layout I am interested in, and Canva suggests options based on that, allowing me to tweak layouts according to my needs. Setting up Canva was pretty easy, which was a relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work well with image editing, and that can be improved. I was trying to create an overlay on images, but it was not successful. I had to create my image in Photoshop and then import it into Canva for the rest of the stuff. I wanted to merge two images with a merging effect and not just stack them on each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Canva's drag and drop feature and layouts for YouTube thumbnails, making it easy to implement my ideas. The Pro version's AI search helps by suggesting layouts based on prompts, which I can tweak to my needs.
