Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates based on our choices. It is very helpful and creative. It is very easy for new users to use canva. It is very user friendly. For any kind of designs like visiting card, catalogue, etc i use canva.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are paid templates. it should be free for some basic designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we get reference for designs. it is very useful for new users who creates or design any type of design.
I like canva because it's very easy to use.

I like how there are already a bunch of free assets to play mix and match with. It's also automatically saving what I do. I also love the background remover and resize function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oh I hope I can copy a page of one project file into another even if the size aspect ratio is different. Or I am editing a presentation and I want to put in just a page of a PDF file, those parts are not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a light application to use. I can use it on my phone. It auto saves what I do.

One small drawback of Canva is that some of its best features like the background remover, premium templates, and brand kit are only available in the paid version, which may limit flexibility for free users.

🎨 Canva makes everything easier (and prettier)
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is incredible, even for those of us who are not professional designers. I love the variety of templates it has for social media, presentations, videos, and more. Additionally, features like automatic resizing, the element library, and integration with other platforms (Google Drive, Instagram, etc.) make the workflow very fast. Canva Pro is worth every penny if you work with content daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance can become a bit slow in very heavy projects or when there are many pages in the same design. I would also like some advanced editing tools (like working with layers or more complex effects) to be a bit more intuitive or powerful, although I understand that it is not professional design software like Photoshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems that Canva solves is the need to rely on a graphic designer to create quality visual content. Before, making a simple social media post or a nice presentation could take hours or require hiring someone. With Canva, I can create professional designs in minutes, without technical knowledge, which saves me time and money. Additionally, being able to collaborate in real-time with my team or share editable links has greatly improved our workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a great tool to seek inspiration for any creative project. As a marketeer, I find it very ear to find references, inspirations & ideas for all creative concepts. There are also multiple AI tools now that make it so much easier to execute all these ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the editing tool is great, there is still some scope for improvement to make it more convenient to use for more detailed projects, like creating videos that require a lot of editing etc.

Canva is making content creation easier for all individuals who are non-designers. It greatly helps in finding references/inspiration and creating low-fi designs which then serve as briefs to professional designers.

It's easy to use and has plethora or templates/fonts/graphics that make the work easy and the AI generation and suggestions are great. I use it almost everyday. There are a lot of integrations with apps that help with AI voice generation, text to speech etc which makes video creation super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes difficult to find files when you are working on a lot of different formats. The home can be a bit more organised.

I work in a marketing agency so there is always a need to create multiple ads and utilising AI wherever possible. Canva helps me with bulk ad creation with ease.

when you need advanced design control. Some features—like precise layer management or custom animations—feel restricted compared to professional tools. Also, occasional lag during editing and limited offline access can interrupt the creative flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is a fantastic application for quick and easy high quality designs using templets or from scrap. It's drag and drop feature is very useful, we can add elements, pictures, font style very conveniently to our designs.
We can create social media posts, design banners, and it is also helpful in creating designs for Print on Demand industry like T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs etc.

Most of the good elements can only be used when you have premium subscription which is a downside of the app. Sometimes it is bit difficult to search for a desired template.

Canva helps me to create outstanding design templates for my personal and professional use, best part is ease of use and user friendly elements which we can modify as per our need.
