Easy-to-use web application
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canvas is how easy it is to use. You don't need any prior layout experience. The service makes it easy to create social media and web content, as well as layouts. The service offers a wide range of ready-made templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is not suitable for everything. For example, there are limitations when editing videos. It is not possible to edit the timing of automatic subtitles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva is an affordable alternative to more expensive layout, video editing, and image editing softwares. It is particularly suitable for those in organizations who produce content less frequently.
Best Design Platform for Non-Designers
What do you like best about the product?
Canva makes designing incredibly simple, even without any graphic design background. I love how easy it is to use the drag-and-drop interface, access thousands of templates, and instantly customize anything for social media, presentations, or print.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can lag with larger projects or slow internet, and a few advanced design features are missing compared to tools like Adobe Illustrator and Adobe photoshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it easy to create simple and professional-looking designs and videos without needing to use complex software. I mostly use Illustrator or Photoshop for detailed editing, but when it comes to video animations, Adobe tools can be too complicated and time-consuming. Canva helps me quickly make short videos and animated content with minimal effort, saving me time and making the process much smoother.

Terrific business card product
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Canva is the company's customer communication. Their visual design platform is easy to log in and use. From order placement through delivery, Canva keeps me updated every step of the order, pre-production, printing, and shipping & delivery process. I will definitely re-order business cards from Canva and will likely order other products in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Canvas shipped out paper stock samples for free or a minimal surcharge. Price could always be lower, and printing and shipping could always be faster. But it's really difficult to complain. I'm happy with their product and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me produce low-cost, high-quality business cards.
Canva is a Game-Changer for Design!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who juggles marketing and executive support, Canva has become my go-to tool for creating professional, eye-catching graphics in minutes. Whether I’m designing social media posts, presentations, or event flyers, Canva’s intuitive interface and vast library of templates make the process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.
I especially love how easy it is to collaborate with team members and maintain brand consistency using the Brand Kit. Plus, the ability to resize designs for different platforms with just one click is a huge time-saver!
Highly recommend Canva to anyone—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned designer. It’s powerful, flexible, and fun to use!

What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is incredibly useful for quick and professional-looking designs, but there are a few things I wish were better:
Limited Customization: While templates are great, sometimes they feel restrictive. Advanced design tweaks can be hard to achieve without jumping through hoops.
Performance Lag: On larger projects or when using many elements, Canva can slow down or freeze, which disrupts workflow.
Font Management: Organizing and searching through fonts can be clunky, especially when working with brand kits or custom uploads.
Mobile App Limitations: The mobile version is handy but lacks the full functionality of the desktop experience, making it tough to edit complex designs on the go.
Despite these drawbacks, Canva is still a solid platform for most design needs. I’d love to see more flexibility and performance improvements in future updates!

How Canva made Social Media Management a lot easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Canva is to use. Even if you’re not a designer, you can still make really nice-looking graphics, flyers, and social media posts. The templates help a lot, and I like that you can just drag and drop things where you want. It’s also nice that you can work on stuff with other people at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the good features are only available if you pay for the Pro version, which kind of sucks if you’re trying to do more detailed work for free. Also, sometimes I wish it had more advanced tools for editing, but I guess that’s not really what it’s made for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva makes it way easier to design things without needing a lot of experience or expensive software. Before, I’d struggle to make things like flyers, resumes, or social media posts look good, but now I can just pick a template and customize it. It saves me a lot of time and stress, especially when I need to get something done quickly.
Excellent resource for basic content creation
What do you like best about the product?
Huge catalogue of images, graphics, and music for both personal and business use. The interface is easy and intuitive, with common social media post sizes readily available.
A feature that I use often is the ability to download an image with a transparent background.
Canva is versatile and easy to use, especially for social media posts.

Canva is versatile and easy to use, especially for social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates they offer are usually too busy for mobile users, leaving images too small and elements too crowded. I would like more freedom to adjust graphics, especially frames, to custom dimensions. Same for things like arrows. I would like the ability to alter shapes to fit my content.
The background remover works relatively well as long as the task is simple, but falters on anything with small cutouts or complicated images.
I would also like to be able to adjust the transparency of solid colored backgrounds.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva helps me create social media posts that are more interesting than standard pictures and integrate less then ideal photos (odd or small sizes, multiple images needed on a single slide, etc.) as well as incorporating audio and video elements.

It's super easy to use. Once you get the hang of it, Canva can help with almost anything you need.
