What do you dislike about the product?
No complaint about the Canva pro, but even free version of Canva is difficult to use without a stable internet connection. Sometimes customisation becomes very complex as a student which takes a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is incredibly easy to use, packed with powerful features, and requires minimal setup. I use it frequently for a variety of designs thanks to its intuitive interface and seamless integration with other tools. Its broad functionality makes it ideal for quick, high-quality content creation without needing much support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version restricts access to many premium elements, and sometimes the platform can be slow or buggy when working with larger files. Additionally, font and branding control could be improved for more advanced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me time and cost by providing ready-to-use templates and elements, making it easy to visualize concepts and quickly share ideas with stakeholders or clients. This speeds up the design cycle and enhances collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
What i really love about canva is how easy it makes designing and even for someone without a design background. The pre-made templates are super helpful, especially for creating resumes, presentations, and posts that actually look professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While canva is awesome overall, a few things could be better. Some of the best features are only available with a pro subscription, which might be a bit expensive for students or casual users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and fast to make good designs
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited Customization in Free Version. Many advanced features, templates, and assets are locked behind the Pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of complex graphic design tools being inaccessible to non-designers. Traditional design software often has a steep learning curve and requires significant time and expertise. Canva simplifies this by offering an intuitive drag-and-drop interface with pre-made templates, assets, and design elements.

Must have design tool for quick creation

  • August 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Completely streamlined our creative process.
For Social media graphics and client presentations to quick video edits and branded documents.
Empowers even non-designers to produce high-quality visual content.
The Brand Kit, Magic Resize, Background Remover, Effects and Animation and premium templates save hours.
The drag-and-drop interface is efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, advanced editing features feel limited compared to tools like Adobe. Also, the video export size options could be more flexible for content-heavy projects.
Also, limited to text to speech speed and syncing with video is not upto the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital marketer, I need to create content quickly without relying on a design team for every small task. Canva Pro solves that with pre-built templates, AI-powered tools (like Magic Eraser and Text to Image), and easy access to millions of stock assets. It helps maintain visual consistency across all platforms while speeding up production.

Super handy tool for quick designs!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Canva is how easy it makes designing, even if you’re not a designer. Everything is drag and drop, and there are tons of ready made templates that look professional. It saves a lot of time, especially when you need to create something quickly without starting from scratch. Canva has a lot going for it. It’s super beginner-friendly, offers a huge variety of templates for different needs like Instagram posts, resumes, etc.), and you get access to free photos, icons and fonts. It also works in your browser, so there's no need to install anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva is great for quick designs, but when you want more control or need to get really detailed, it starts to feel a bit limited. You can only do so much with the tools it gives you, and a lot of the cooler features or elements are only available if you’re on the Pro plan. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the biggest problem I had creating good looking designs without needing to learn complicated tools like Photoshop. I used to struggle with making social media posts, presentations, or even basic posters, but now I can do it all in just a few clicks. It saves me time, helps me stay consistent with branding, and I don’t have to rely on a designer for every little thing. It’s honestly made my work a lot smoother and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main thing I like Canva is the simplicity to use the application and it has user friendly interface.Pre-made templates and extensive library of elements save a lot of time. I wonder how Canva allows quick creation of professional-looking designs for social media, presentations, posters, and more, all in one platform. Its collaborative features and brand kit are also great for team projects and maintaining consistency across content. Also the latest AI version is unbelievable. It provides high quality and impressive results. customer service is also good. Also we can use any templates and implement very easily and quickly. Very easy to integrate anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything goes well. But sometimes I feel the free version is better than paid or premium. Many premium templates and assets are locked behind the Pro version. Frequency of use needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of complex, time-consuming graphic design by offering a simple, intuitive platform where anyone can create professional-looking visuals without needing advanced design skills. Especially my presentations are look like professional while I use Canva and very simple to make logo for our capstone project.

Canvas

  • August 01, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Canva is basically built for one core problem: you need something that looks good, but you either don’t have design skills or don’t want to spend hours creating it. It removes the friction of traditional design tools and replaces it with speed and simplicity. Instead of learning complex software, you’re mostly editing pre-made structures that already work.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, Canva definitely has limitations. The biggest one is that you hit a ceiling pretty quickly if you care about design details. It’s not built for precision or deep customization, so more advanced users often feel constrained. You can’t fine-tune things the way you can in professional tools, and that becomes frustrating once you move beyond basic needs.
There’s also the issue of designs starting to look similar. Because so many people rely on the same templates and assets, it’s often easy to recognize something that was made in Canva. If originality or strong branding matters, that can be a drawback.
Another downside is how many useful features are locked behind the paid version. The free version works, but over time it starts to feel limited, especially when you run into things like resizing designs or accessing better assets. Performance can also be inconsistent, particularly with larger or more complex projects, where it may lag or feel cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What stands out immediately is how easy it is to use. The interface is extremely intuitive, and most people can figure it out in minutes. That’s not something you can say about tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Canva lowers the barrier so much that design stops feeling like a specialized skill and starts feeling more like editing a document. That’s a big deal, especially for small businesses, students, or content creators who just need things done quickly.
Another major strength is the template system. You’re rarely starting from a blank page, which saves a huge amount of time. Whether it’s a social media post, a presentation, or a flyer, there’s usually something close to what you need already built. You just tweak it instead of creating from scratch, and that alone can turn hours of work into minutes.
It’s also become more of an all-in-one tool over time. You can create graphics, presentations, short videos, documents, and even schedule content. For a lot of people, that means fewer tools to juggle, which simplifies their workflow. Collaboration is another strong point. It feels closer to something like Google Docs than traditional design software, where multiple people can edit and comment in real time without friction.
