Comprehensive Creative Suite with AI Magic
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Canva because it feels like a complete app for creative work without being complicated to use. I use it to make presentations, edit videos, and edit photos all in one place, which saves a lot of time. The AI features are the best part, especially since the voice sounds natural and not robotic. I find the image generation impressive too. I appreciate the ready-to-use templates, which save a lot of time when designing a template. Canva makes you feel like a creator, even if you have just a little bit of design knowledge. Plus, they offer so much without needing to pay for premium.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Canva provided more free features. Specifically, the background remover should be free because it helps a lot. Right now, I have to use a different site to remove backgrounds, which lowers the quality of my images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva saves a lot of time with ready-to-use templates for presentations, video editing, and photo editing. The AI features like natural-sounding voice and impressive image generation make creative work easy without being complicated.
Amazing Free Templates and Effortless Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of free templates in Canva for resumes, videos, invitations, and presentations. It's particularly helpful for someone like me who isn't skilled in video editing or design. I love using the latest trend designs available as free templates and the corporate standard resume formats that help me create standout resumes. The interface is smooth and user-friendly, making it accessible even without prior experience. I also find it convenient to easily download creations in high-quality PDF or MP4 formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
As nowadays AI is in so much demand, Canva could add AI features to automate input as per the chosen template, eliminating the need to fill manually. Currently, I need to select text boxes and adjust the page size manually to see properly. Also, for resume creation and spelling correction, I need to use external AI platforms like ChatGPT because Canva lacks these features.

Canva helps me with video editing and designing, offering free templates for resumes, invitations, and presentations. The templates and smooth interface allow me to create standout resumes and videos without prior experience.
Canva Makes Professional Designs Easy—Templates Save Me Hours
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Canva is how completely it removes the technical barrier to creating professional-looking designs. I don’t need to spend months learning complicated software or have a graphic design degree to make something that genuinely looks great.
The template library is a huge lifesaver, too. Instead of staring at a blank screen and wondering where to start, I can open a template for a presentation, a social media post, or a quick flyer and then customize it to fit what I need. It probably saves me hours every week.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, my biggest frustration is that you eventually hit a hard ceiling on what the tools can actually do. It’s fantastic for putting together a quick YouTube thumbnail or a simple presentation, but the moment you need heavy-duty photo editing, detailed retouching, or complex masking, it falls short fast. It’s absolutely not a replacement for dedicated photo-editing software.
Another issue is the elements library—it’s become incredibly cluttered lately. Having to sift through thousands of generic graphics just to find a cohesive set of icons takes far longer than it should, and the search function rarely brings up exactly what I’m picturing on the first try.
Lastly, while it’s great for digital design, getting files ready for professional printing can be a real headache. Even on the premium plans, local print shops sometimes complain about the way the platform exports PDFs or handles bleed margins. It’s an amazing day-to-day tool, but it definitely has strict limits once you step beyond basic digital layouts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Canva solves is the huge bottleneck of needing a professional designer for every single visual task. Before, if I needed a quick graphic for a post, a clean slide deck, or even just a thumbnail, I either had to wait days for someone else to do it or struggle through complicated software myself—only to end up with something that looked totally amateur.
Canva removes that friction. The biggest benefit for me is the autonomy and speed it provides: I can jump in, grab a solid template, apply our brand colors, and have a polished asset ready to go in about 15 minutes.
It really empowers those of us who aren’t trained graphic designers to handle the day-to-day visual work on our own. It saves an unbelievable amount of time and keeps the workflow moving, without constantly getting stuck in back-and-forth design approvals.
