Honestly, if I had one tool for quick designs, it would be Canva
What do you like best about the product?
The new set of AI tools are really amazing for very fast editing of designs. Magic grab grabs any element on the image, BG remover instantly removes backgrounds from the image, Magic eraser will remove anything from the image you dont need, if the image has text, you can click on Grab Text and Canva makes the text editable, magic edit allows you to change the objects in the image from one to another like a backpack to ice cream cone and stuff like that. My personal favourite is Magic expand. So basically allows you to edit on the go very quickly. Then there's the filters, image upscaler, free stock images, videos, frames where you can insert images like add a landing page image on a mobile automatically, you can now even make short videos as well.... One great thing I like about the tool is that it allows me to download the images in PDF, PPT, GIF, Videos and many others... so I can really create PPTs, reports, ebooks, white papers, pitch decks, so much more... Team collab feature is also super nice. Then there are the new apps that have been launched for design edits like typography apps, blur apps, and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, cant add automatically add shadows on grouped items..rest all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my day-to-day work, Canva has replaced the need to juggle multiple design tools. I use it for ad creatives, social media posts, newsletters, presentations, reports, guides, ebooks, templates, and even quick webpage designs. What used to take me hours on professional-grade software now takes minutes, and I don’t need to depend on a designer for every small update. The brand kit helps me keep everything consistent, and the templates save me from starting with a blank screen every time.

The Canvas Experience
What do you like best about the product?
love that it makes me feel like a professional designer without any of the skills. The drag-and-drop simplicity and the sheer amount of templates, stock photos, and fonts mean I can create almost anything in minutes. It’s completely eliminated my need for complicated, expensive software.

Canva can make a top-notch graphic designer out of anyone
What do you like best about the product?
One of Canva's best features is that it supports real-time team collaboration; multiple team members can manage content, designs & ideas across various projects, viewing approval workflows and version history to help teams stay coordinated, while Brand Kit ensures brand consistency is maintained throughout.
With its drag-and-drop interface, Canva facilitates the creation of professional, high-quality content & designs from users with no previous design background.
Here's my favourite: Canvas AI-powered features, including Magic Write for text in various formats and tones, Magic Design, crafting layout templates, Text to Image for custom visuals, and Canva Code for building interactive widgets without coding. Let AI Draft A Doc transform your content into structured documents, use Image Enhancer and Dream Lab to enhance, upscale, refine, or re-imagine images. It just makes life so easy

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issues I experienced with Canva is that the color management for print can be problematic since Canva primarily uses the RGB model rather than the CMYK PC Guide
Which is fine for electronic displays like computer monitors and television screens, but not so great for printing. If you send an RGB file to print, the printer will automatically convert it to CMYK, leading to color shifts and a loss of vibrancy.

Managing our clients' social media requires us to consistently create a substantial volume of engaging marketing content, including social media posts, banners, presentations, flyers, etc., often under tight deadlines with the need to rapidly adapt creative content for multiple social channels. Canva has solved our problem by offering a huge library of pre-designed 'ready-to-use' templates. Poster, flyer, and video templates, pre-formatted, resized, and adjusted, ready for platform-specific social media, significantly reduced the time from concept to execution.
Great for whatever you needs
