Canva is extremely user-friendly, making it simple to design quick, professional-looking graphics. I appreciate the extensive selection of templates, fonts, and design elements, which enable me to create presentations, social media posts, and marketing materials without requiring advanced design skills. It truly saves time and makes visual content creation accessible to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, such as premium images and specific templates, are only accessible with a paid subscription. At times, the interface may become somewhat sluggish, especially when handling large files or intricate designs. I also think it would be beneficial if more advanced editing options were made available to free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva enables me to create professional-looking designs quickly, even though I don't have advanced design skills or access to costly software. It addresses the challenge of producing high-quality visual content efficiently, whether I need to make social media posts, presentations, or marketing materials. Using Canva saves me time, lowers my stress, and helps me consistently produce visually appealing content that appears polished and professional.

Additionally, I find the initial setup to be very easy, underscoring its user-friendly nature.

I find the Canva phone app less functional than expected, as it's overly sensitive and challenging to navigate for making small adjustments. Additionally, the lack of a layer functionality similar to Adobe Illustrator is limiting. This feature would allow more flexibility and control over design elements, such as unlocking specific parts or using group selection efficiently.

I use Canva for quick, elegant business ads and personal cards. It outshines others with customization options and ample design elements, serving as a versatile hub for presentations, collages, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Handy editing tool for marketers. It's not going to get you anything flashy unless you want to spend hours on a template (in which case, I'd rather just pop open photoshop) but it gets the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-branding tools could use work. It's nice that you can automatically apply brand colors to an existing template, but the option to automatically rework a template using your fonts + icons would be great, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating images for social media can be time-consuming using Photoshop, Canva makes it easier. It also makes it easy for team members who don't have photo editing or graphic design experience to be able to replicate templates and maintain consistency.

Canva: An Indispensable Creative Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a Canva user already more than 11 years now. For that rather long time period, I have witnessed the tool grow from a rather simple drag & drop digital illustration platform to a sophisticated and well-designed platform uniting and covering capabilities of myriad of other tools such as basic image editors, advanced image editors, e.g. the open-source GIMP, advanced and not-so-much print and publishing software, and so fort (the list is too long for here).
Canva is by far the most valuable place for me to go on the Internet. I lose track of time there.

While growing and adding functionalities, Canva has become way more colorful and thus therefore sometimes congested, it got a bit harder than before to find what you need, I think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves the problem of cross-platform & hardware collaboration for me. I can seamlessly transition to several devices without losing any files or progress. I can this way actually transfer files faster than with any other tool!
